Sync Calls and sent items with outlook
I am trying to sync calls scheduled in Zoho with outlook can anyone help. Also I can not sync the sent items from within Outlook to Zoho, received items are working fine and linking to contacts. Can anyone point me in the right direction please. Many thanks
Calendar problem
Hi. Quick question. I subscribe to my Google calendar. When I add an event in Zoho, I want to add it to my Google calendar also. But the dropdown box where you choose the calendar to add to doesn't give me this option, only the Zoho calendar. Also, how often does Zoho sync with Google? Recent events aren't showing. Thanks.

I would like to access the Zoho Calendar through calendar.<mydomain>.com instead of calendar.zoho.com. How do I achieve this?
Calendar View
My calendar view decided to change and increased size by about 4 times. I asked the Zoho team and they said I have to delete my activities to try and fix it. Zoho said other customers had the same problem and that was the only fix. Because I have a lot of scheduled activities this seems crazy. Did anyone else find a way to return calendar views to normal?

Is it possible to include a link to an external site within an event entry. For example, I want to put an event on the Calendar in our project, but it is to an external event. The information and registration is on an Eventbrite site, so I would like to include the Eventbrite link in the Calendar Event. Rogue Event that can't be deleted
I have several "rogue" events that started off as recurring from my zCRM calendar. I then deleted the recurring event from my zCRM calendar. The "rogue" events still show in my calendar.zoho.com calendar and cannot be edited or deleted. How do i get rid of these "rogue" entries and get my calendar cleaned up? Keep Details hidden in Calendar when embedded into website, I cant make it happen?
I am new to much of this but there are several Zoho products I would like to incorporate into my business. The first of which is the Calendar. Here is my problem. I am able to easily embed the calendar into my website. However no matter what settings I use, I cant hide the details. This is important as I want my clients to see when I am available and not, but the details contain client information. Its simply not professional for those details to be available to other clients. Zoho Google Calendar
I've synced my google calendar with my zoho one. I work with clients who need to get the event invite through google only but when i edit the event in zoho (tie it to a contact or potential)(something they don't need to know about) it automatically sends a second invite to the people i've already invited through google. Is there a setting to turn off email notifications through zoho calendar? I also receive invites through google and they transfer to zoho as events I still need to accept or decline

I am trying to set up our guys to have calendars on their iphones using activesync. First thing is setting up their calendars on zoho calendars. When I sync the Zoho calendar from CRM, it makes their CRM calendar a secondary calendar instead of their default calendar. Alarm/alert possible in Calendar?
Is it possible in calendar to have a sound to alert one of an appointment? I regularly miss the little popup in the lower right corner of the browser window especially if I am on another website or doing something else. Is there any way of leaving the popup on the screen to allow me to delay or acknowledge the alert?

Can't sync Blackberry Q10 to Zoho via ActiveSync

Duplicate calendars
Hi, I'm syncing my calendar via ActiveSync on my iPad and iPhone and for some reason, I'm seeing duplicate calendars listed on both devices. Incoming event invitations are similarly duplicated - and annoyingly, refuse to remain as "accepted", so that they constantly reappear in the invitations queue no matter how many times I try to accept, although rejecting any instance will remove the event from "both" calendars. I've tested and verified this behaviour from my own Gmail account, any assistance

Calendar Invites Not Being Received
Hello -- As a test, I scheduled a meeting in Zoho calendar and sent an invitation to my own non-Zoho email address. I've waited 45 minutes and never received the invitation (not even in the junk folder). However, within the event details, it shows a green thumbs up that the event will be attended by both me (as the organizer) and by the invitee (i.e., my non-Zoho email). Mac Calendar - how to see my colleague's Zoho Calendar

Saturday is not showing up correctly on calendar
Saturdays do not show up properly on my calendar. The date is missing and the word "Sat" shows up underneath "Sun." It appears fine in the preview but not when I copy and paste the HTML code to embed on my website.
Print Icon Missing
The print Icon is supposed to be next to the search box and it is not. Does anyone know how/where I can find it? Without the print icon the only part of the calendar that prints is the screen view.

Hi, one of the features that is useful with google apps is the ability to show other subscribed calendars on my iphone's native calendar app. With Zoho it appears I can only view my own personal calendar on my iphone, does anyone know if it is possible to add a group calendar for instance, as this would be perfect. Remove or Modify Zoho Calendar Footer
Is there a way to remove or change the zoho advertisement/footer on the bottom of each calendar invite/notification, either in the free or paid version of the service ? Groups cannot create Calendar
Hi, have looked through forum and at online user guide but cannot see answer. I have created a group which I can see under my settings. However when I go into the Calendar 'groups' there is no group there to subscribe to. Do I have to wait for subscribers to add themselves to my group before I can create a group Calendar? thanks in advance.
Problem syncing calendar with iphone using activesync
I set up iphone sync as described in the help article. Contacts sync fine but calendar sync only syncs some of the events, not all of them, and when I create a new event on the iphone, it is not synced with zoho calendar. Are these known issues? Is there a resolution proposed?
