New Calendar events skip the Inbox
Hi, I notice that some event invitations arrive to my inbox and from there I choose what to do with it, while some other invitations dont appear in my inbox but go straight to the calendar and place themselves there. The problem is that in the later case I sometimes miss a new calendar event until it pops-up just before the meeting. How do I fix that?

Hi, Nice with recent update to the mail suite calendar. Question: Can other users access my CRM calendar via the Mail suite calendar? I am aware that i can subscripe to my own CRM calendar, but i also need my colleges to be able to view it. Not everyone in our company is using Zoho CRM, but we are all using Zoho Mail Suite. Mail Suite Calendar is thererefor used as calendar, and all employees calendars are shared to all users. Is it - with recent updates made to the mail suite calendar - possible

First question: is it posible to ignore the timezone time change when importing ICS files? Because now if I import a appointment at 15:00 it shows 16:00 on the calendar and 17:00 with sumertime. The second questions: is it posible to delete appointments using ICS files? If it is then some followup questions. 2A: What would need to be changed to delete an appointment? 2B: Can you delete multiple appointments in the ICS file? 2C: Is it posible to do it in the same ICS file which also creates appointments?
How public is 'public'?
Hi, I understand I have to set my calendar to public in order for people to see, after I have embedded it on my website (members area). But how public is public? Does this mean (like with Google Calendar) that people will be able to google the appointments in my Zoho Calendar? I need something like the 'hidden'-feature in YouTube, so that people can't find it, but are able to view it if they have the url. Is something like that currently posible in Zoho? Thanks! Jan
ICS files 4 questions
I have created an ICS file using your export. But I haven't been able to figure out what I need to change in order to update the event. I tried to change the things like dtstamp, last-modified, status, important, created, priority (all ofcourse higher than the current setting but with time settings I changed it to a few seconds later so that it is in a time that already passed and somewhere in the future). Ofcourse I didn't change the UID. So what do I need to do to update the event? Is it posible

Zoho Calendar and Google Calendar Event Issues
Why is it when you create anything in your Google Calendar it then creates an event in the Zoho Calendar? We had no issues syncing the 2 calendars, but for some reason everything gets created as an event in Zoho Calendar and messing with our metrics. Any idea how to fix this? Is it a settings issue? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated... :)
Is there a way to remove the Zoho branding from Calendar Event Invitations?
I love Zoho but I would prefer not to advertise it when I'm sending event meetings to my clients. I noticed theres a big logo that says "Zoho Calendar" with contact information in the email message to accept my event invite. Is there a way to remove this? Thank you kindly. Todd
Repeat on Fifth Day of Month
Hi, Testing our Zoho to see if it can do what we need and noticed that when you are setting up repeat monthly events there are options for repeat ever: first, second, third, fourth and last but not fifth. We need to be able to set repeats for the fifth day (Monday) - if we use last we get duplicated events for the fourth and fifth. Is there any way of setting a repeated monthly event for the fifth occurrence of that day in the month? Many thanks

We are getting more and more confused. Is there a way to sync these two calendars? You should automatically see everything in both accounts. At least, I do.
Sharing calendar with someone not using zoho.
I have tried to share my calendar with someone without a zoho account, but they are unable to see it. The link just takes them to the log in screen of zoho. Is it not possible to share with individuals or am I doing something wrong?

I've embeded a calendar on my website with link between the calendar events and a content pages on the website. This was perfectly working but I noticed the links are not displayed anymore Is there a way to have these link back ? I need two views one with the current month and one with the list of the events which are going on for the day. (I put one vew above the other in a 200 px wide column). Thanks for your feed back.
Calendar Active Sync not working
Hi, I have a Blackberry Z10 which supports Microsoft Active Sync but cannot get my Zoho Calendar syncing at all. It works fine with my Google Calendar so the device is working OK. I use the server msync.zoho.com and my email address and password to log in. I got no errors but nothing syncs either way. Am I doing something wrong ? Kind Regards Jon

Zoho Calendar sync with Outlook 2010
PLEASE answer these questions specifically and not in some subset form in the way that several contractions seem to exist in other forum replies on this topic. I have Outlook 2010 in Internet Mail Only (IMO) mode - meaning no Exchange server - as a part of 64-bit Office 2010 running on 64-bit Windows 7. When will I be able to reliably sync my Outlook Calendar with Zoho Calendar ? What aspect(s) of this environment do Zoho developers consider troubling or uninteresting to not prioritize this change
Make the sync between google calendar and zoho calendar better
At this time I can only get this to sync every 6 hours. That makes the information on Zoho inaccurate most of the time. Please give us the option to sync in much shorter intervals. The best solution would be to offer a feature that would allow us to force a sync - that would make information on Zoho accurate when it needs to be!

Hi there, I am trying to find a way of creating multiple calendars that I can amend but others can only view. (This is for work, we have 30+ people who need a way of seeing where they are supposed to be on certain days). Where are the Outlook Calendar plugins?
I cannot find links to download them anywhere. I did see one for Outlook 2010. I tried using it, however it mentioned it was still beta. And I encountered an issue where although it took the calendar appointments properly, all of the data for the attendees was messed up. No matter who created the appointment, or who had accepted, it always said I was the originator of the calendar appointment, and no one else was invited.

Is it posible to have 3 (and maybe more in the future) free zoho calendars linked with outlook 2007. In our windows we use only 1 useraccount so all we share the outlook (do have our own emailadresses ofcourse). Is it still posible then? If so how do I set it up then? Thanks in advance. Stefan

How do you connect outlook 2007 to zoho so that you use outlook to plan the events? Also is it posible to connect 3 or more accounts at the same time (prefer auto sync if posible). is it possible to hide the email adresses in embeded calender. Our clients shoud not see this adresses for spam reasons.

Is there a way to give my staff the ability to make changes to any event on the calendar? So far it appears that only I can edit any calendar event but my staff can only edit their own.

Calendar Not Syncing
Hello, I can't seem to get my calendar sync to work correctly on my Android phone and Outlook. I set up my e-mail/calendar/contacts on my LG G2 Android phone through Microsoft Exchange. My displayed calendars do show that my Zoho calendar is enabled. However, I cannot see any events that I've put on the calendar. Within Outlook 2013, I've added my Zoho calendar through the iCal URL. Again, the calendar itself shows up, but with no events. The only thing I can think of is that all of my events

My right-click menu seems to be disabled when I try to copy the calendar embed code. It works OK elsewhere. Firefox and Chromium on Linux.
Syncing calendar and contacts between iPhone and Mac
I have set up my account on my iPhone per the instructions on this page and I did not have any problems. However, the calendar on my iPhone is still not syncing with my Outlook calendar (on which I have my soho account set up). I'm using a mac, so I don't know if that makes a difference. In addition, I've got a bunch of contacts in Outlook that have not transferred over to my iPhone. Finally, when I move emails on my computer from my inbox to a folder, it does not always reflect that move on my iPhone.

No reminders after importing .ics file
I imported events from another calendar in the form of an ics file and all events have migrated perfectly into my calendar. I have set the email address to which I want reminders to be sent. I am not getting any reminders. Is there a way to set all events to have reminders sent or do I have to go through each one and set it individually? I'd like to get a reminder of the next day's events around 4 pm the day before.

Zoho Calendar on iPhone
Hi, i'm new to Zoho, just joined today! I only want to use it for my calendar, and i've set this up fine on the web browser and also integrated it with Thunderbird. But, when i add it to my iPhone (using the Exchange method described by others on the forum) it constantly gives me a password error. I've tried resetting my password, but no joy. Group Owner is no longer with the company
I am a new hire for the company and need to be added to the group calender. Unfortunately the young lady who was the "owner" of the group calender has left the company and we do not have her information for the email address attached to that user. What do we do to rectify this situation?
