Is it possible to change the criteria for an existing Sync in Campaigns
I have many more Contacts in CRM than I want to Sync with Campaigns at present. Plan is to move them across progressively based on the value of a code. But to do so need to set a new SYNC each time a new set of Contacts is to be moved across. Having to remap etc etc is very tiresome. Not much easier to use export and reimport. What I want to do is maintain Contacts in CRM and use Sync to do the work automatically. If Edit existing isn't possible, why can't an existing Sync be cloned and then amended?

Can't send campaign
We are testing zoho campaign, and have created a small (4 people) list for testing. Sending a test message doesn't work, as the test does not allow us to have a first name and company tag. We need to be sure that they are importing correctly. We do NOT want to send to our lists until we know that all is well. Currently, we can't seem to find how to send immediately so we can continue testing. If we find that this works for us, then we will sign up and cancel our Constant Contact account. Tana
Why Are Campaigns Going To Spam
When I test an email campaign the test email goes to my spam folder. It did not do this before. But now all my test emails go to spam. I have never marked these as spam in my email and there is nothing in the content that should make an email provider think that it is spam. Autoresponder not working
I can't get the autoresponder to work at all. The test contact comes in successfully and gets added to the right list, but the autoresponder is NOT sending emails. When I check the report, under Denied Contacts, it lists all the new test contacts under

I have tried importing contacts from a file, but it doesn't work. My file has just 3 fields: first name,last name,email address When I put that header at the top of the file it won't import. I have tried .csv .xls and .xlsx. None worked. What exactly should the header be in order for this to work. I have also tried selecting fields in the map fields page, but that didn't work either.
