Copy data from one application to another application
Hello, Is there a way to copy data from one application to another application On Edit the record entry? e.g. I have two applications, 1) New Stock. [form name = Invoices] 2) Old Stock [form name = Invoices] Note: All fields are same in both application forms. I am going to edit the record and doing some modifications in "New Stock" app. When click on update button, I want to copy that record to the "Old Stock" application. Is that possible? How to delete all rows in a table
I am looking for a way to delete all data from a table through the GUI. Currently I can only delete 200 rows at a time which is not efficient when a table has 8,000 rows in it. If there is a programmatic way to do it that would be helpful too.

zoho creator plans
I have been a zoho user for more than 5 years. We have more than 20 premium users. We pay the license annually in advance. We love Zoho. But recent changes to subscription plans are not good. The jumps are very big, we do not have ways to add addons and they limit us in many ways. Please ask them as a user to reveal it, those plans are not good. It does not allow small companies to grow. We are limited in records, web components, etc.

API throws error when passing (&) ampersand and (%) percent via XML
I have the same problem as described in the title and in this related discussion. The above referenced discussion seems to have been moved offline. I was wondering what the resolution was? In short, I am trying to pass (via XML) to the API a URL containing query parameters using the ampersand. The API then throws a 2830 error. Same problem happens when I encode the “&” using “&” — as the percent symbol seems to trigger the identical error. Can somebody please help? Note: I have unsuccessfully tried
URL field - Link Name
I have multiple records with an entry for field type URL for which the Link Name needs to be updated. I switched to Show as Spreadsheet, so that I can quickly change each entry without having to edit each one individually. Using google chrome. Right click on field, option comes up to replace the value, enter text to replace the existing string ... but it fails to update: Just do double check I go back to Show as List, and the link name remains as it was before: How can I update multiple Link Names
Bulk Edit - wildcard to find/remove blank space
I need to remove an unwanted space in a field for multiple records. Example: TX- 12345678 => TX-12345678 A search using * for wildcard (select field, enter "*- *" shows several hundred records as desired. But then when I want to do a bulk edit to remove the blank space, the field does not show up in the dropdown for bulk edit. How can I remove an unwanted space in a specific field for multiple records at once?
Importing two linked tables
I have not found any information on importing two linked tables. Say I build table Suppliers and table Products. Now each of these is a table in Excel. I have a unique Supplier_ID column in the table Suppliers. In the Products table I use this ID to reference the supplier. Creator has a built-in ID field for each from. Since it is an auto-number field, I plan to use that to link tables in the Creator. Is there a way to import Excel tables into the Creator so that data from both tables are properly
Not able to change a report to spreadsheet format
I have a report that I'm trying to convert into a spreadsheet format, so that fields can be edited from the report screen in one click. However, I'm not getting the view I'm expecting (see screenshots) – i.e. the report is still uneditable unless you click into an individual record screen. Any ideas why?

How do I create multiple views in a Report?
I would like to create many visualization layouts without creating new reports. In Customer Portal, if a customer modifies a Report, Zoho suggests to create a View inside the current Report withour creating a new one. Hi, I'm finding it impossible to clean up my templates and to present right in emails. Anyone have any resources or answers to the following? Scaling to display accurately/consistently across devices. For example, logo cut off on phone, border right side not showing on desktop pc. Font size discrepancies. Creator Scheduling is BROKEN
Hi there, So I am coming to the forums with this because our emails and calls with support don't seem to be making a difference anymore. We have at least 400 applications, months ago I created a script to export records via email and then delete old records. Can't Cancel Edit After Functionality Based URL
I have been exploring this issue with support, but they do not have a solution. Using HTML, I have turned an entry in my Report into a functionality based URL to open a specific record for editing. Clicking on Submit does what is expected, but the Cancel button does not work. Has anyone encountered this and come up with a solution?

Dear Zoho CRM Team, We've had enough with that. I reported a major issue with your postUrl() deluge script function. It doesn't work correctly because never sends "Content-length" header nowadays (but it must do that). ALL our workflows do not work due to this issue. We can't do ANYTHING. We lost money and users. 8 days have passed. I had chats with you every days, sometimes 3-4 times per day. In each chat you promised that i would be contacted soon. You NEVER did that. Error when trying to get CRM records using deluge script

How to show records from Zoho Reports in a paging table/grid?
I am trying to use Zoho Creator (ZC) to allow a user to select a range of criteria and return a list of records. These records, however, are not stored in my app but in Zoho Reports (ZR). There could be a million or more rows in the ZR view. I want to show the selected records in a grid so the user can select one of them and show the record in a read-only form. I have already written the read-only form as a Page. I can already read the data using the ZR API but I'm struggling how to show the records
