Problem with Assignment
Hi, Kindly help me to solve this problem. 1. I am using Zoho CRM free edition. 2. I have one user 'A' who is Sales Executive to collect lead from market. He is assigned standard profile. 3. I have another user 'B' who is a Tele-caller to make calls to these leads. He is also assigned standard profile. 4. I have setup a workflow rule to assign all the leads created by user A to be assigned to user B 5. But my problem is user B can't see these leads. Kindly help.
Custom Fields from Accounts module are not visible in deluge scripting using getRecordById
I have added several custom fields to the Accounts module. One of these fields is a single line field called "Address Coord". I want to create a simple Custom Function to retrieve this value. The new custom field is not returned to my Deluge script using "getRecordById" or "searchRecordsByPDC". All field permissions appear to be correct, I am on the Enterprise edition of CRM. Turn a custom module in to a related list
I have created a custom module, and I'd like to see it as a related list on my Accounts page. When I try and add a related list to the Accounts page (By choosing "Select Unrelated Lists", it tells me that "You have already added all your related lists for this module." So I'm guessing my custom module isn't actually a related list... yet. Any assistance on how I can link my custom module to my account records would be greatly appreciated.
Populate a field based on the lookup on another field from a different module - help needed
Hello, We have renamed our Potentials field to "Contracts" to reflect our business model. On that module, I have set up a lookup field in "Contracts" to lookup a Product Price from the "Products" module. That is working fine. However, we have a need to then automatically populate the field next to it with the actual price of the product once the Product is selected. Autoresponder not working
I have set up 3 autoresponders to work with (below). The first one is working and the other two are designed to send out further emails after 4 and 10 days respectively. To do this, I set up lead views for 4 days ago and ten days ago and used these to create the autoresponder. I would like to put this all into one autoresponder but when I had it set up like that it didn't work for the last two emails either. Restricting visibility of Stage, Probability
Hi, I want to customize permissions for Standard profile. My objective is restrict visibility of all financial information in Potentials - Amount, Expected Revenue, etc. In Customization/Fields and Links, I am able to uncheck the box for visibility of Amount, Probability and Expected Revenue but can't uncheck Stage. Thus, a dollar amount is visible to the Standard users. Is there something else I can do to completely eliminate visibility of all $$ amounts for Standard users? Thanks in advance

Transfer Notes with conversion from Lead to Potential
Looks like Notes from Leads are not transferred to Potential record when converting from lead to account. Is there a way to either redirect so lead notes transfer to potentials.. or set up so a duplicate notes entries are made in potentials and accounts? Thanks!

Boolean to See if End Date has passed
I'd like to create a Boolean field that checks to make sure a date field value is prior or equal to today and returns true if it is. The business case is to set an Expiration Date and then have a Boolean formula field called Active that checks to make sure the Expiration Date has not arrived/passed. Maintaining Customisation
I currently subscribe to Contacts Manager and have customised fields done. I am thinking of upgrading the CRM Enterprise because of the enhanced features and primarily for the Reports. Can I export/import the contact record data and have the customised field data and emails go across to CRM? I also have emails currently set up with our company email address/signature for users and want to keep without having to redo the set up in Email. Thanks
No same value in 2 Potentials
hi there, I have 2 Potentials in 1 Account, and I have a field called sequence, then I need to make sure this field has 2 different value in 2 Potentials. e.g: the first created potential should have 1st in sequence field, and then the second potential only can have other values in this field. thanks!
To-do list
I know that you can create a list view, etc, but I was just thinking it would be nice to have a box you can check or something to basically add an account on the CRM to a to-do list so it'll populate a list you can review and once you're done, remove the check to take it off your list...or check it off your list. Both my boss and I end up leaving several tabs open of accounts that had something to follow up on. That's our reminder to go back to that account for whatever followup. I hope that makes

Stage and probability mapping for Contact stage
I want to change our set-up so that instead of the pipeline reading information from the potential stages it reads from the contact stages. i.e the contact stage will be won/lost but the potential will never change... I would like to know if it is possible to have an specific folder for VISITS/MEETINGS. Normally when you open an Organization you could have several meetings. It is important to have control for these meetings in cronological way. In your CRM I cann`t see it!! I know you have tasks, calls, etc but not an specific meeting.
