What is the correct MX record for ZOHO? MX.ZOHO.COM or MX.ZOHO.EU? I previously had MX.ZOHO.COM configured (MX, MX2, MX3) and it worked without problems. I tried unsuccessfully to configure SPF (TXT record v=spf1 include:zoho.eu ~all). I've noticed that now ZOHO Help mentions *.EU records so I reconfigured my MX records to MX/MX2/MX3.ZOHO.EU. Within minutes I was not able to send anything - emails returning with "INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :553, ERROR_CODE :Relaying disallowed". I reconfigured back

I try to register my business, but your User Experience fails, because you sent email activation to my customer@customdomain.com WTF???? IMAP import option missing
Hi all I am a trialing Zoho email and as such am a free email user. I want to import all my emails from my current ISP to Zoho. I can only see the option to use POP3 and this does not work for me as Zoho mail errors stating it can't connect to the ISP POP3 server, as well as folder structure is lost. Verification problem with DNS running on Linode VPS
To whom it may concern, I am trying to get my domain verified and have added both CNAME and TXT records to my DNS according to the instructions. I have actually added various options to each in case i have made a mistake. I have also added the MX records. Hi, We are currently setting in the process of transferring from an MS Exchange hosted email server to Zoho mail as our mail host. I am trying to add users under the Migration tab in Control Panel, however it advises that Zoho Mail is unable to connect to the server. Hi, I am not able to add a secondary email. I have been using the primary email to log in to my email account. I want to add a secondary email in case I forgot the login to the primary email account, and the primary email account is zoho domain & superadmin account.
How to find my C Name record?
I accidentally deleted my C record from the DNS settings for my domain. My email is working fine but I need to re input it so i don't have issues further down the line.
