We need the Tasks, Notes sync with Exchange ActiveSync
Zoho uses the Microsoft® Exchange ActiveSync® protocol to synchronize account content, but does not support Tasks, Notes sync. For user a better mobile access experience, we expect Zoho support Tasks and Notes sync as soon as possible. Email has become a vital part of everyday life.
Can you sync tasks between Zoho Mail and Connect?
Is there a way to sync the tasks in Mail and Connect? I know some people may prefer to work out of one or the other and would like to be able to sync a task assigned in Connect to their tasks in Mail and vice-versa.

Tasks and notes on android
I agree with a previous author - this is a necessary thing. Streams does not allow editing of notes. The notepad app is OK but it would be better of the taks and notes from the desktop app appeared with mail, contacts and calendar.

Tasks in Zoho Mail are not emailing reminders
Just noticed Tasks are no longer emailing reminders when we tell it to. Tested on the client and the browser versions. Notifications still work, but emails reminders do not. Also, the task times are changing on their own.

How to View Tasks on Android Phone?
I want to start using Zoho Mail to keep track of my all my tasks but I can't find a way to view these tasks on the mobile site. I can only view my CRM tasks, but not all tasks. Unable to access Zoho via outlook (windows)
As of today, for no reason, my zoho email via outlook is inaccessable, and simply continually pops up with enter your user name and password for the following server box. I have removed the email account, and set it up again, still I am unable to access with the same error. I am able to log on through Chrome and zoho direct, though this is cumbersome and I want to be able to utilise outlook. My phone Zoho app is working, so not sure what Zoho has done now, but not surprised! Soon to lose my business!
Cut and Paste Not Working on Iphone 7
When I go to copy and paste into an email the function does not work on my iphone 7. Seems like I can copy from say a website but when I go to paste into zoho mail the paste options (select, select all, paste) flickers very quickly and then disappears and does not allow me to paste. Also if I try to copy text from within an existing Zoho email then the select/copy/paste option does not even come up at all. If I instead go to paste onto the search engine or some other app, the paste option works well.
Unable to send Zoho e-mail via Outlook
Everything was working fine for months since I set up 2-factor authentication, until all of a sudden the credentials box popped up this morning and I have not been able to send e-mails via Outlook - they sit in the Outbox. I tried logging out of Zoho and logging out of Microsoft, and when I logged back in was not asked for 2FA. This is a business e-mail account and I need it to be working again asap.

I have set up the exchange sync in Outlook for my zoho mail. The emails and calendar works well to sync between outlook and zoho mail web login. But the Tasks fails to sync between outlook and the Zoho Mail web login. The outlook version is Outlook 2016. Does anyone know how to make it work?

How to delete a Bookmark created by another user? Currently as an admin I can’t delete or edit the bookmark. One of my users created a bookmark under a specific Group. Now, only he can edit or delete it. As an admin I can’t do anything except sharing and tagging it. As an Admin I must have the right to edit or delete it. Would you please integrate this feature? Is there a way to create projects in Zoho Mail without using Zoho Projects? If so, is there a way to create projects in Zoho Mail without assigning them first to a Group? Hi, I have a rather annoying problem with Zoho Notes. I add a note, add pictures, close the note, open it again, and pictures are lost. I just lost 2 hours of work. Sometimes pictures will stay, sometimes pictures will be lost. Can you please fix that? i like that little notes tool, but with buggy images, it's not usable. Thanks.
