Every time I send an email I receive another email with this message It saids is an invalid account but I have emailed the same account before and I tried from gmail and it works. This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. Hi, I have used zoho for few of my clients and always pointed MX records through domain panel. Everything works fine. For some clients I am not authorized to change entries in domain panel. Hi! I created group and invited ten users with their @zoho.com addresses. However, now I see that members are not presented with their zoho.com address in Zoho group, but with some other domain. Even my address is the one that I used when I created my zoho account. Is it possible to change it to use Zoho addresses instead of others?

Hi I have found that if I email from Zoho out to various email addresses, the email arrives marked as "read" already. I have tested this with university email systems (from 3 different universities) and it's like that with all of them. Emailing Gmail or yahoo doesn't present any problems. Could not change First and Last name on sender
I use Zoho Mail and I have changed in account settings first and last name, but on all outgoing emails I still see the old name, even after 2 days after change. Where can I change send First and Last name to see it correctly in compose mail window?
Lots of mail going to spam folder
Have the filters been changed lately? Mails that I mark as not spam keep ending back in spam. This is bad for daily email lists that I subscribe to.

I've read several threads already but still haven't found out whether I can just use ZOHO as a client interface without having to migrate my hosting to them. I have my own mail server and host all my domains for security reasons. I just want to use ZOHO's GUI (client) to simplify integration to their CRM software back and forth. Can anyone tell me if this is possible since I can't get anyone from Tech support on the phone or get a reply by directly emailing support.
Importing Mail from Outlook via Zoho Migration Wizard
All I want to do is import my mail from Outlook into our zoho mail account but I want to keep the file structure I have in outlook. I've tried converting them to .eml zipping and uploading but everything just get dumped in my inbox and we are talking about 3500 emails. Hello, Has conversation view changed? In the past I was able to click on conversation view and locate the original email message but now the original message is not available in conversation view. Now I have to search the inbox to find the original message in order to reply. I understand conversation view has no options to customize so I don't think its a setting I mistakenly made? Taking an hour to receive an email
I recently switched hosting. I edited the mx to point to zoho mail and am now receiving mail again. The problem is that it is taking an hour to receive and email from other accounts. zoho->zoho works fast but gmail, yahoo, etc -> zoho takes an hour to receive. Help please.

Not sure if this is a new policy, but since this morning she has been blocked multiple times yet i cannot understand why. I created a personal, free Zoho account recently. I forwarded mail from the inbox of a British (BT) email account I intended to close, to my new Zoho inbox. I created folders and put all this 'old' mail into appropriate folders, so I could refer to them later. I have a new phone and am trying to access Zoho Mail. I installed Google Authenticator. Every time I try a new code from Google Authenticator I get an invalid code error in in the Zoho Mail login. I tried to disable Two Factor Authentication for my account, but it will not let me turn it off. I cannot access Zoho mail from my new device. Very frustrating.
Subfolders inbox
Hello, I have created several subfolders in my inbox. At first it seemed to work well. Now, when I move the emails to a certain folder on my desktop, the emails are only moved on my desktop and don't show on my other devices.
