Is it possible to search for a Zoho Community member by name to follow them? I attended a Zoho Users Group meetup today and wanted to see if a presenter was giving their pearls of wisdom somewhere in the community pages.
Authentication Token
Our Developer is working on custom functions to exchange data between Projects and Desk and we have Blueprints set up in Desk and need to invoke transitions from Projects. Our Developer needs an authentication token, preferably the same token, for Projects, Desk and Blueprints in Desk Is this possible? Is there any way to filter the notes in a record or search through them? Almost all other CRMs five you the ability to search notes.
Two Territories, One Account Owner?
We have a sales person who will now be overseeing 2 territories for the foreseeable future. His existing territory (T04) is Ohio and Pennsylvania; the new territory (T17) is New York and Connecticut. I recently ran a couple of tests and found that both territories are assigned to the accounts, not T04 for the OH and PA accounts or T17 for the NY and CT accounts. Add description field to each workflow
hello, I have a workflow that has 25 different conditions. Different actions happen based on the criteria set for each condition iteration. 25, and that still doesn't cover 5% of my requirments. Now The WF itself has a descriptions, but it will be more wonderful if we can get description fields for each condition so you know that the differences are and how they differ, and how they affect your whole workflow. You already have this going in Blueprint where eeach transition has its own descriptions.

Hi Zoho gurus, I have created a one question survey to get client feedback on a closed inquiry. I have generated the HTML code for the survey, which includes the required fields to be passed to the form. We have an CRM email template that is sent whenever an inquiry status is set to closed. I *should* be able to insert the HTML code generated by the survey into this email template. However, I cannot locate a way to insert HTML code of any sort into a CRM email template. outlook and android email client no longer working
all of my access on my mobile devices has stopped working. no settings have been changed. I have both pop3 and imap enabled enabled but keep receiving "Could't verify account The username or password is incorrect or POP3/IMAP access isn't turned on for this account. Check your email account settings on the web, then try again." It still works on the ZOHO mail app. I have double checked and both POP3 and IMAP are enabled.
