Hi everyone. So I've been having a tonne of fun using Zoho's APIs to fetch and update records to make any necessary changes to records, saving me a lot of manual effort. However, some limitations I seem to notice with the Python sdk's "get_records" function is that: - A field value only appears if it's actually populated, - Related fields to that module do not show up. - Lookup fields do not show up. Zoho Application (Salesforce from marketplace) launches wrong URL and does not login
I have added Salesforce to my organizations applications from the marketplace. I have assigned a user to be able to launch the software. However, when the user brings up applications, and chooses Salesforce, it simply takes them to the URL https://www.salesforce.com/in/ . I have inserted my Salesforce Org ID and credentials, shouldn't it launch the US instance of Salesforce and auto login? Or atleast take the user to the login page. By default, it simply launches default browser and goes tro https://www.salesforce.com/in/ .
Add Management of Marketplace extensions to Zoho One Dashboard?
Hello, I have been struggling a bit with the management of marketplace extensions, some can be updated from the app itself, some send you back to the other app to update.... In the end, there is a lack of consistency and above all no clear way to manage extensions. You added a tab on the Zoho One dashboard to browse extensions on the marketplace, thank you for that. Now, we need a way to centrally manage the installation, upgrade and deletions from the dashboard for the all apps part of Zoho One.

Difference between integrating gmail into CRM and using Mail Module
We would like to use Mail Application eventually however having trouble getting more than one user recognised by one phone number. I posted this to Zoho One community but thought I'd try my hand here to get some help for this novice user :) I’m trying to see if/how the following scenario is possible in ZCRM. We manually send an email proposal from the opportunity/deals module. We want to send series of follow up emails workflow if no response. Setting price margins within Quotes
My organisation is looking at ways of bringing their quoting to Zoho. We currently buy a range of products from a range of vendors. We then apply a margin as a percentage to all products (barring labour), which varies quote-by-quote depending on whether the project is commercial, domestic etc. etc. In moving this to Zoho, I've populated the product module with the prices we buy items at, and set up the quotes module.
