今回は「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中からフィルター機能に関するアップデートについて紹介します。
今回の機能アップデートにより、関連タブやサブフォーム内の項目タブで、データをフィルタリングできるようになりました。
この機能アップデートは、現在、JP(日本)、AU(オーストラリア)、CN(中国)のデータセンターに属する組織に対し適用されています。
他のデータセンターの組織に対しては、順次適用予定です。(2024年10月1日現在)
Zoho CRMでは、詳細フィルターを使用して各タブのデータを迅速に絞り込むことができます。業種や役職、商談の総額など、特定の項目でフィルタリングし、その後、必要な処理を実行できます。しかし、これまで他タブやサブフォームを使ってのフィルタリングはできませんでした。
今回のアップデートにより、以下のような条件でデータをフィルタリングできるようになりました。
関連タブによるフィルター
関連タブに基づいて、タブ内のデータをフィルタリングできるようになりました。
例えば、商談を持つ連絡先をフィルタリングできます。結果をさらに絞り込むために、条件に関連タブの項目を追加できます。
例えば、以下のような連絡先データを見つけることができるようになりました。
1、商談がある 2、特定のステージの商談がある 3、特定のステージの商談があり、最後の活動が先月にある
4、商談がない 5、特定のステージの商談がない 6、最後の活動が先月に行われたが、特定のステージの商談がない

サブフォームによるフィルター
サブフォームデータの有無でフィルタリングできるようになりました。さらに、サブフォームの項目を使用して条件を追加し、必要なデータを正確に見つけることができます。
例えば、次のような受注書データをフィルタリングすることができます。
1、受注商品がある 2、特定の受注商品がある 3、特定の数量の特定の受注商品がある
4、受注商品がない 5、特定の受注商品がない 6、特定の数量の特定の受注商品がない

留意事項
最大3つのサブフォームまたは関連タブを選択できます。
各サブフォームまたは関連タブのフィルターには最大5つの項目を選択できます。
