Announcing new features in Trident for Windows (v.1.27.6.0)

Trident for Windows is here with exciting new features to elevate your email communication. Let’s dive into what’s new!

View and manage .pst files. 
A .pst (Personal Storage Table) file is an Outlook Data Storage file format for storing local copies of emails, contacts, and calendar events. These files can be used to archive and back up data or store items locally to prevent them from increasing the size of the mailbox. With this update, you can now mount these .pst files in Trident to view your locally stored emails. 

Export emails in .pst file format.
In addition to exporting emails as .eml files, you can now export emails in .pst file format. This helps create a secure, compressed backup for easy storage and local access. 

To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
  1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
  2. Select Check for Updates from the menu list.

If you haven't already downloaded the app, you can download it here. Trident is available for free for all paid and trial users of Zoho Mail, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho One (using Zoho Mail).

To submit your feedback directly through the app, follow the steps below:
  1. Click the Main Menu icon in the top-left corner of the app.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. In the feedback window, enter the necessary details under Subject and Feedback Content.
  4. Once you're ready, click Submit.
