We launched Zoho Sign in 2017 as a simple digital signature tool to sign agreements from anywhere, at any time. Over the years, we've learned that most agreements go through last-minute changes before they're signed.
Our users often face the hassle of making these changes in their word processor and uploading again to Zoho Sign for execution. And once the agreement is sent out for signature collection, recipients often ask for further changes, leading to more application hopping and re-uploading.

1. Draft agreements
You can now create an agreement from scratch yourself or generate it with the help of AI in a few seconds. For document generation via AI, you'll need to integrate with OpenAI to draft and save documents as reusable templates. Just describe what type of content you need, and Zoho Sign will generate a polished draft.
2. Edit/annotate agreements for last minute changes
Make quick edits to your agreement without the hassle of switching to a word processor.
3. Configure signing workflow
Configure parallel or sequential signing with the following recipient actions:
Needs to sign
In-person signing
Signs with witness
Manages recipients
Approver
Receives a copy
Automatic field detection
Once you upload the document and configure the signing workflow, Zia, our AI assistant, will scan the document, detect blanks and empty spaces, and automatically place and assign the relevant document fields, saving you time and manual effort.
4. Collaborate with recipients
If your recipients have any questions about the agreement, they can select the relevant content and add comments within the Zoho Sign interface. You and your recipients can add and reply to comments and correct the document to complete the signing process.
5. Sign the agreement
Recipients can receive the document via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. During this process, they can leverage our AI assistant to sign the document faster.

Cliq does not sync messages after Sleep on Mac
I'm using the mac app of Cliq. When I open my mac after it was in sleep mode, Cliq does not sync the messages that I received. I always have to reload using cmd + R, which is not what I want when using a chat application.
