Hello everyone,

We're adding MS Teams to our lineup of CRM chat integrations—Cliq, Slack, and Google Chat.

Sales teams operate faster by sharing records for quick collaboration and receiving real-time notifications to facilitate faster responses. Organizations which rely on MS Teams for their work can benefit from Zoho CRM's integration with MS Teams.

Admins can enable this integration for their organization.



With this integration, users can:
  • Share CRM records with a user or a channel in Microsoft Teams

    You and your colleagues can share records and quickly get on the same page in your conversations. For example, imagine you come across a note in a record and want to bring it up with the person who wrote it. You can easily share the record to that individual in Teams and begin your conversation.

  • Distribute charts from your dashboard to users or channels in Microsoft Teams

    You can share dashboard components as well. Let's say you are a manager who wants to inform the team about target achievement. Share the relevant dashboard chart on your team's channel for quick attention.

  • Get automatic notifications in Microsoft Teams for events in CRM

    Stay on top of events in CRM by receiving automatic notifications in MS Teams for messages from customers, anomalies Zia has detected, CRM record events, CommandCenter journey events, and so on.

  • Access CRM data within Microsoft Teams

    Use Commands within Microsoft Teams to fetch CRM records in the Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals modules.
