Zoho's advanced AI assistant, Zia, now works with OpenAI to offer personalized marketing activity suggestions for your marketing projects in Brand Studio. With information such as your campaign's objective, duration, marketing channel types, and target audience, Zia can suggest multiple variations of marketing activities that can work for your brand.
 
AI has long been part of our offerings, such as writing captions for social media, rephrasing content on your landing page, creating email templates, recommending products, and so on. But what's increasingly important is combining the powers of AI with the expertise of marketers to help them brainstorm, collaborate, and craft marketing activities that align with the goal and objective in place.


Creating a project with Zia : The process

By integrating your OpenAI account in Marketing Plus, Zia suggests marketing activities for your brand based on the following information:
