Tips & Tricks #04 De Top 10 Zoho Desk Integraties van 2021

Om jullie te helpen bij het leveren van uitstekende klantenservice ervaringen en het opbouwen van langdurige klantrelaties, hebben we afgelopen jaar meer dan 200 integraties voor Zoho Desk op Zoho Marketplace gezet. De lijst met de top 10 meest populaire integraties voor Zoho Desk in 2021 delen we graag met jou!

#1: Zoho Sprints

Stel gebruikers in staat om met elkaar te discussiëren, samen te werken en hun producten te evalueren om perfectie te bereiken. Door afdelingen binnen Zoho Desk in kaart te brengen met gerelateerde projecten in Zoho Sprints, kunnen gebruikers werkitems voorleggen aan het relevante engineeringteam.

#2: Parent Child Ticketing

Het koppelen van contextuele tickets helpt je bij het bijhouden van de voortgang en het verzenden van snelle en consistente antwoorden. Maak een nieuwe subticket aan of selecteer een bestaande ticket om aan een hoofdticket te koppelen, kloon de inhoud van een ticket en koppel het aan een hoofdticket.

#3: Zoho Survey

Verzamel de informatie die je nodig hebt om je klantenservice te verbeteren. Maak enquêtes en stuur ze op naar je klanten. Ontdek hoe je technische support medewerkers presteren, ontvang beoordelingen nadat elke aanvraag is afgesloten, en blijf verbeteren.

#4: Print Tickets

Een printvriendelijke versie van een klantticket is ideaal voor veldmedewerkers die een papieren ticket nodig hebben of als je een ticket in een ander systeem moet uploaden. Met de Print Ticket extensie voor Zoho Desk kun je een printvriendelijke kopie afdrukken van elk ticket met of zonder privégesprekken.

#5: 3CX

Configureer de medewerkers en hun bijbehorende 3CX extensies in Zoho Desk, zodat hun beantwoorde en gemiste oproepen worden toegevoegd als activiteiten in Zoho Desk. De Zoho Desk contactrecord wordt weergegeven wanneer je een inkomend gesprek ontvangt, alle beantwoorde en gemiste oproepen worden geregistreerd als gespreksactiviteiten.

#6: Google Calendar

Met de Google Calendar integratie voor Zoho Desk kun je agenda's en gebeurtenissen in Zoho Desk maken en synchroniseren met Google Calendar. Je kunt nu evenementen plannen, bewerken of annuleren in Google Calendar vanuit Zoho Desk.

#7: Zoho Calendar

Houd je vergaderingen, afspraken en andere belangrijke data bij. Met de Zoho Calendar integratie voor Zoho Desk kun je gebeurtenissen toevoegen aan een ticket en e-mail herinneringen instellen om je te helpen bij het onthouden van deze gebeurtenissen.

#8: Customer Insights

Hoe beter je de klant begrijpt, hoe beter je een klantrelatie kunt opbouwen. Bekijk belangrijke inzichten over je klanten direct naast hun tickets. Bekijk het totaal aantal open, in de wacht en gesloten tickets voor de contactpersoon, de tevredenheidsscore en meer.

#9: TeamViewer

Werk in realtime samen door met één klik een sessie op afstand te starten, rechtstreeks vanuit een Zoho Desk ticket. Deel de sessielink via vooraf geconfigureerde e-mailsjablonen om je klanten op afstand te helpen.

#10: MessageBird multichannel tickets

Ontvang tickets in Zoho Desk voor elk bericht van gebruikers en beantwoord ze direct vanuit Zoho Desk. Jouw antwoorden worden als bericht afgeleverd bij de gebruiker in het betreffende platform. MessageBird ondersteunt SMS, Telegram, WeChat, Line, en meer.
