Hello, I integrated the Zoho CRM together with Zoho Support. I am surprised to see that the products cannot be integrated and synced between the two apps. In my opinion, if we sell something through CRM to our customers and create invoices, this should be also normal to have the different products lines integrated between the two apps : if you have to maintain to separate list, you will notice gaps and gaps mean error in reporting issue. Ipad registration for CRM or Campaigns
HI, I am wondering if there is a way to create an ipad registration form? With fields that correspond to Crm fields (limited) and would sync when connected to Wifi. The app would need to store the data when offline. I am a realtor and would like to register people who show up to an Open House.
Cannot Find Google Apps feature in Setup

Emails to/from contacts not showing up
Emails to/from leads are showing up near the bottom of each lead. However, they do not show up for contacts. Any ideas? I have the Professional Subscription.

Hi Zoho, Am wondering if SalesIQ talks to the CRM's free edition. On your CRM pricing comparison page, it indicates that the free edition integrates with SalesIQ. However at the SalesIQ end there's a fee to integrate the two? Just needing a clarification. Thanks

Best Practice - How can I view email conversations associated with CRM account names?
Looking for some discussion and possibilities on how to do this. We've got over 1,000 client locations. Each client location is currently represented with a child account and associated parent account. For some reason Zoho mail CRM only sorts incoming and outgoing emails by contacts instead of by account too. I create a task in CRM and Save and Add to Zoho Projects. When I mark the task as complete, the task is left in Projects untouched. Am I missing something here?

'Zoho Books' invoices/estimates not appearing under Accounts in Zoho CRM
Hello All, I have connected my Zoho Books & CRM, and successfully tested pulling accounts from the CRM to generate invoices, but the invoices I create don't appear under their associated accounts. In fact, there's no space for them to appear at all. There's no 'Zoho Books' section in the account view in the CRM even though there's a 'Zoho Books' on the 'Selected' list under 'Organize Account Details'. Any ideas? Thank you
how can I give users acces to Synchronize Zoho & Goggle calendar
Hello, I am the adminstrator and i have no problem to synchronize my zoho events with google calendar. But it seems to be impossible for users. I can't undestand why. User profile are ok for Sync with Google Calendar (I have cheked). But when users clic on Google apps, calendar, the system tell them " Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator." I have been seraching for a solution on guides, forum etc... but didn't find anything. Could you please help me? Thanks

Phonebridge Twilio not working at all
I have configured my CRM account to use Twilio for Phonebridge, but I am unable to make any call or receive any calls. I have configured the integration correctly, verifying within Twilio that Zoho CRM has registered their URL REST endpoint with my Twilio number. Creating invoices from leads module
We are using the leads module to keep a database of our retail contacts and use Zoho invoice. I see that we can create invoices in the Companies and Potentials modules, but not the Leads module. Is there a workaround so we can create a Zoho Invoice right from the leads module? Mas convert the leads into Potentials, we are not really utilizing the Potentials database? Once converted they leave the Leads module and only show in the Potentials? What might the downside be for moving all the leads into

in twocases today I tried to serach LI accounts and I was not able to find it trough ZoHo CRM. I could with Google or direct. I use (test) free version and Win XP and Chrome (all updated). Please advice what seems to be a problem? On my side? Thank you in advance. D.

Hello, I have sent invitations for leads to connect through LinkedIn. The CRM information under that lead does not show the same information on that appears on LinkedIn. For example, I send an invitation to connect through the CRM and the person accepts. In the CRM LinkedIn profile, it does not show them as a 1st connection where if I go to my LinkedIn directly, it shows them as a 1st connection. It has been several days since that person has accepted my invitation. Any idea why this is happening?

I have a doubt in zoho crm and zoho create. In the zoho create, we can create an application (form) with dynamically addable fields, like with subforms. I want to know can we do the same in the case of zoho crm lead/contact forms ? Can we add a 'add new' button in crm forms for lead or contact so that the end user can add many (eg. phone numbers) as per their wish ? Visitor Tracking Can not be enabled due to existing field error
I enabled Zoho CRM integration in SalesIQ which created a bunch of fields in Leads and Contacts. Now, when I try to enable Visitor tracking in CRM, I get the following error and then lists all the fields that exist. "The following field(s) listed below already exists." The fields in question can not be deleted so I don't know how to resolve the issue. Please help!
Zoho Cases Vs. Zoho Support Add On
We are a growing tech company and need to figure out the best practice of tracking our client issues and problems. We were using Cases but feel as thought the support module/addon may be a better fit. However, having to run the import (and it doesn't fresh immediately) and seeing that it isn't integrated into Zoho CRM (and is instead separate) is worrysome. We seem to have just mastered the navigation and setup/customization of Zoho CRM and wanted to get feedback on others who have used both together.

Does anybody have any solutions to stop Outlook emails being marked as Read due to Zoho "winning" the rule? I have a team of users that are missing emails because of them being marked as "Read" when in fact they have not been... Thanks!

Is there a way to easily added a person's linkedin photo to their profile? After a recent update, I need to: - click on the linked in button under the contact - right click - save image - click "Change" on the profile image in Zoho - click Select a photo from your computer - crop the photo - then hit save That is a lot of work for something that so many other services simply automatically display (ex. rapportive simply pulls it in from linkedin).
