Zoho Outlook plugin Issues
Hi I have installed and I am testing the Outlook plug-in (outlook 2010, 32bit). It has some interesting problems. Firstly, when I what to add an email to a contact it removes the email from my inbox, this seams to be irreversible so there is no way to reply to the email. The next issue is withattaching sent emails, this automatically sends an extra copy of the email to the receprent of the orginal email. (which is quite an issue!) Visitor tracking
Don't quite understand visitor tracking. A lot of people visit our website, not necessarily sales leads. What if we only want to track leads/contacts currently in Zoho, and not create new leads/contacts? Regarding "All visitors who provide their email addresses while visiting your website will be pushed to your Zoho CRM account." Does this mean visitor tracking only works if they provide their email address somewhere?
How to get value from url

Login error when signing in outlook add-on but no errors encountered when using Zoho account in web browser
When trying to sign into outlook add-on, there is an error message asking for valid email address and password. I have attached a screenshot so you can gauge the problem. Have tried to unistall and re-install the add on but I think there is an issue and it needs to be immediately resolved as all other users in the company have also reported experiencing the same problem and it is seriously impeding work. I have also emailed support but not had any response from them so far. Thanks
Associating leads with visitors
I've put a lot of time and money into Zoho only to find that it seems to be much more difficult to associate a visitor with a lead. I assumed you would be able to email a lead and if he/she clicked on the link provided they would then be associated with a visitor profile. That doesn't seem to be the case though. While the visitor tracking is useful, it's very limited if it cannot be associated with lead profiles on a broader basis. Particularly if you have a following prior to using Zoho.. I like
Ipad App CRM
On the iPad app - are there plans to be able to view the dashboard? For our managers this would be the best way to have an update on what is going on in the company at any given moment. Also - if you do that - would you have ability to view two companies? We have sister companies and they both use Zoho CRM. For managers that are above both it would be nice to have them be able to log into one account and see both. Thank you!

Hi, We are more of virtual office type people and we want our Twilio number to ring on our cell phones first. Then if we are not able to answer it we want the zoho phone system to record the voice message so one of us can call back the customer and change the missed call into a lead or contact or potential. I configured a new POP3 account with my zoho mail. I imported 30 days of emails into my zoho mail. I have and used to manually attach with plug-in for outlook. How can I export emails that match contacts (outlook, zoho mail); to contacts email history in my CRM? I don't want to import and Zoho make a contact for each email.
Embedded form on website not working?
I have the embedded script in my website, and have verified that it has been copied & pasted correctly (a number of times). Leads App creates duplicate Account
When using the Leads App (iPhone or Android), a new Account record is created. That's great unless the Account already exists, in which case a duplicate Account is created. Seems like a bug to me. I have been trying to get a ZohoCRM, ZohoCampaigns and ZohoVisitorID (SalesIQ) system ensemble integrated for use with our small company's emailing outbound work and site visitor tracking as well as content marketing (asset) tracking of downloads and fulfillment. all this should be appearing in CRM as I understand it, but we're having a very rough time figuring out how to get it all to work seamlessly, where to include what code to make things work, etc. Where is the support for this integration?

ZOHO API limit exceed
Hello, We are using ZOHO API to integrate with wordpress and set cron job to communicate within ZOHO or wordpress and getting error of 4421. Is there any way to get total API hits per day so that we can optimize our code accordingly ? We can not increase the per day limit as we are already on professional edition.

Is there any way to link Rekon accounts with ZOHO CRM? Rekon is basically the Australian and NZ version of Quickbooks Online. I would imagine there would be lots of similarities between the two, so it wouldn't be that difficult. Emails deleted from CRM
It appears that if I delete an email from the Emails tab in Zoho CRM, it deletes it from the linked email to the Contact in CRM. Any way to fix this? I do not want to have a folder with thousands of emails. I know that other CRM's will save the message in the database so deleting from the source (Zoho mail) does not remove from the contact/lead/opportunity. Zoho mail is pulling from my POP 3 account. Any help is appreciated as this is a very important part of my tracking.
Integrating survey with crm - anyone?
would like to be able to pull up a contact on crm, call them and ask them questions i put together on survey. then have the survey report attached to that client on the crm. also, would like to see the totality of surveys done on all the clients at the end of the day. anyone know what im talking about?
Widget "Zoho CRM - Affordable On-demand CRM"
The widget in GMail must be optional! It is poorly designed. Takes too much space. It is visually invasive (does not fit with the rest of the GMail theme). Please remove it or at least make it optional. I will leave Zoho CRM just because of this issue.

Invoices pdf corrupted

How do you make the Campaigns Table visible to ZOHO Reports
Hi I can see the normal tables from CRM in reports - Leads, Potentials and have used these to build some tables that give me conversion ratios by lead source, by month year to date etc. However, what I would like to do is relate this information to the marketing campaigns so that I can see cost of lead, meeting, sale but can't see how you can access the Campaign table in Reports. I have customized contacts and renamed them to HD customers (Home delivery customers) I have created a customized form called REFERENCE ITEMS via the CREATOR interface I then link the form to CONTACTS to create a RELATED LIST The link stops working after a short while When I go back to the link the system now assumes I'm linking to LEADS rather than CONTACTS Can you please help Thank you

Hi, we upgraded to Zoho CRM professional recently. The most important thing for us is to be able to have all customer emails synced between our Gmail account and our Zoho CRM. Sending emails works fine. Email is linked to each contact in Zoho CRM and we can send the email without issues from Zoho CRM. Receiving emails works partially. The problem is, we don't get all incoming emails into Zoho CRM. This means that some customer incoming emails are threaded under each contact card but not all. Anyone
