Ability to Organize Templates in Regular Email - NOT CAMPAIGNS
I use Zoho for multiple businesses and am very happy with the service. Specifically, templates allow me to answer commonly asked email questions or send common correspondence very easily. However, it would be HUGE for me if templates could be organized by the user. For example, it would be great to be able to order them. Even better would be the ability to have subfolders of templates. For example Phone Calls -> - I just Left a Voicemail - Please Call Me Work
User Details Page is broken
Hello, It seems that the "user details" page mentioned throughout the documentation is inaccessible, at least in the latest version of Google Chrome. It is not possible to even access this page due to a bug that originates from the `getPage` method in `cpanel.min.js`. Also, the design needs some serious work. Your products' user experience is inexcusably poor.
email goes to invitations list
Hello Guys, I'm trying to create the mail sajid@karbhari.com however the system always shows the message "The email address is created" but its going to invitations list. We had to create sajid@karbhari,com as emergency. Thanks for your support.

Unable to setup IMAP with Android.
I'm receiving the following credentials error when attempting to setup IMAP with my account. I've enabled IMAP via the portal and I don't have 2FA enabled. Also triple checked that the password is correct. Any ideas what's causing the issue? Regards, Colin.
Zoho Mail Slow to Send
Hi Guys, I use Zoho Mails web interface, which I love btw. However in the past week or so I have noticed that it has been very slow to send email out, specially when they have attachments (which are already loaded as far as I can tell). I haven't noticed this before the last 7 days or so. I can't imagine there's anything wrong from my end as I'm using webmail, so wondered if you had been doing anything your end? Cheers Simon

random tagline showing in every sent (from me) email preview
In the email preview on Gmail and Zoho there is an old tagline. It was never included in Signature. I think it was used in a previous LeadPages or ConvertKit email sequence. Has anyone heard of this happening before? How do I remove it? When I open the email it is not in the actual email. Its only the preview.
How is a user account defined?
Hi, I'm planning to buy the 2$/month plan and I was wondering how a user account is defined? I'm planning to use two or three domains, set up something like this: mail1@domain1.com mail1@domain2.com mail2@domain3.com mail3@domain3.com It doesn't matter if all those e-mails are collected within one inbox, but does that still count as just one user? I actually just want to use several e-mail addresses for sending and receiving.

Unable to authenticate via Android IMAP

My email for my URL (handevents.com) was set up as carl@handevents.com. I have tried sending emails to that zoho email account but it doesn't go through. If I use carlhand@zoho.com I can send and receive emails. Why can't I use the original name of carl@handevents.com instead of carlhand@zoho.com?

Hi all, I tried to use an email client (Sylpheed), after I followed the instructions in here: https://www.zoho.eu/mail/help/imap-access.html#EnableIMAP I have a couple of problems. First, the folders I have in the zoho webmail have not appeared in the email client. Hi! I have reinstalled my Office 2003. Before that I saved all the files of the original installation (from C/user/appdata/local/Microsoft/Outlook), and copied them to the new, so now I have all the old downloaded mails. What's the difference between the string generated in the control panel org settings panel and the DKIM under mail authentication? I've managed to test, and verify, but setting DMARC higher than none for the domain results in false positives for outgoing mail to certain domains that attempt to verify sender.
