I think this might be related to the issue with form creation everyone is seeing, but when trying to create dynamic content, the creator UI doesn't respond to inputs.
highlight code on a zoho site page
Hi, I try tocreate a small site with zoho... one page contains some code examples that I would like to be highlighted. In the past I used to use tohtml.com or TOHtml from vim to generate the html that next I copy/paste or insert in the page. However this method does not seem to work for a zoho sites page. Menu is not displaying completely on tablets
My website has 5 pages that should be visible at the top level. In the original template only a few showed up and there was "more" to get to the others. I used the HTML editor to allow more space for the menu and on the desktop all the menu choices are visible. On an Anddoid phone, a couple menu choices show and then there is "more" to get to the others which is fine. The problem is on an iPad and on a Kindle Fire . (I haven't tested other tablets.) Only a few menu choices show up and there isn't

Unable to add form to site
Hello... I am new to Zoho sites and I am trying to add a contact form to a site but I am receiving an error stating that a form (any form because I tried several including creating my own) can be added to the site. I did manually modify the CSS for the site to change the appearance of the title and caption but have used the visual editor for all other modifications. Thoughts?

Changing an image in a theme from gallery
I've have chosen a theme that I really like. (Construction category- dark blue on blue/ last theme in category) I want to change the lower image that replicates the one under company name. I would like to keep it the same size,and simply replace it. It is covered by the dark blue box with some transparency...(I think) How can I get the size of this image so I can save my image accordingly? How can I replace this image once I do that?
Zoho apps user permission to create sites?
Hello I recently signed up for zoho apps. I have my super administrator account and a regular user account which I would like to use for building a new zoho site linked to my doma In. I cannot find a way to enable a regular user permission to build a site. How can I do this via zoho apps admin or site admin settings ? I can only seem to build a site if I elevate a user to have admin permission. This is a security risk. There must be a way to allow only admin for sites without needing global admin?

I have a Contact form set up on my site, but I can't figure out where the information goes when someone fills it in. I'd like to configure it to go to the email I set up with my domain name. Is this possible? Where do I go to configure it, or at least retrieve what's been submitted? Thanks

Zoho apps permissions to create a site
Hello I recently created a new zoho apps account to host my domain. I have 1 super administrator and 1 regular user. When I try to create a new site with my user I can not. Insufficient permission. Only an administrator appears able to create sites. Can you please tell me how to give a normal user permission to create a zoho site ? Requiring to use an admin is a security risk. Thank you.

Issue/bug with banner slideshow
There seems to be a bug with the slideshow banner used on the theme I selected. The first image looks fine, but subsequent images are sliding over to the right, so that only half the image is showing, and the left side of the banner area is blank. It doesn't matter what image I use - the first looks normal, then the rest are displaying incorrectly. I'm using images that are the recommended size (990 x 350).
Site has 404 page
I created a Zoho site a few days ago and published it. It worked great until this morning when it began to display a 404 page. I submitted a support request, but I haven't heard anything. Fonts in Contact Form
I can't find where to change the font color for the Contact Form Labels, and have tried changing every one possible using the visual editor under Themes. The background of the Contact Form is white, so I need to change the font color there where people will be typing their query from white to black, but I can't find where to do this either. I would appreciate help with this
Robots.txt isn't saving
By default, mobile crawling is disabled. When I remove that line in my Robots Text and click save, it doesn't actually save that setting. I have been trying for the past couple days to get it to actually let Google crawl my mobile site for a description. Any ideas?

Domains and DNS
Hi, when I set up my first site a couple of weeks ago I got the details for A and C details for custom DNS to get my domains to point to my new site and this worked well once I amended the records on the site that provided the domains. When I set up my second site, I chose the option to enter the Domain on publish on Zoho as it said it would get the domain to correctly point to the site made through Zoho. It hasn't so I want to set it up manually myself and can't find the details. I would appreciate

Changing the logo location on zoho sites
Hello Zoho, I am new to zoho sites and am using the site for my web site "www.kidstaktil.com". As you can see on the site, the logotype appears above the site name (キッズ ・ タクティール). I want the logotype to appear on the left side, next to the site name (on the same horizontal location). Please advice me on how I proceed in order to make that happen. How to customize menu bar in mobile view
Hi Zoho, I am designing my site www.kidstaktil.com and found that the mobile view shows an english text "more" on the menu bar. Please see the attached picture. Since my site visitors are japanese and my site must be in japanese, this looks weird. Is it possible to edit this "more"-menu to make it appear in Japanese? I'm enjoying creating a site using the drag-and-drop functionality and am a big Zoho user (creator, invoice, books, mail, meetings), but I am finding the themes in the site builder to be a bit dated looking. For a more modern look, I'd like to do some things like full page auto-scale images with no border. Trying to cancel my subscription
I've been trying to get someone to assist me in cancelling my account for two weeks and I can't get anybody to help me. When I go to the help section, it directs me to "business" to cancel my account, but when I go there, there isn't any directions for low-tech users like me to end my relationship with Zoho.
Where is an evidence that I do have a site subscription?
I was just billed US$ 89 for a service I do not use and I can't even find in my control panel?? There is no reference to any "Site" subscription?! Please confirm me that you will credit my credit card AND that you will erase any reference to this inexistent subscription. I think your control panel needs some rework in order to provide the visibility a user needs.

Twitter Widget won't display in site

Is it possible to edit the text "verification code" in web form when using captcha
I am trying to build a web site in Japanese and would like to have a contact form that uses Captcha to avoid robots entries in the form. If I enable captcha, the text "verification code" appears to the left of the field. Is it possible to edit this text ? Please advice. Hello. I published a website on esbconsult.org but is different then the one I made (it gives me a Welcome to your first page title).
