さて今回は、「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から以下を紹介します。
Zoho CRM モバイルアプリを利用すると、アプリ上からCRMのデータ にアクセスでき、営業の外出時など手元にPCがない場合でも簡単に顧客情報や商談情報を確認、登録できます。当アプリにおいて、この度以下のアップデートがありました。

アップデート内容
1. 見込み客タブでの取引先提案(iOS用モバイルアプリ)
2. カスタムタブの表示上限拡大(Android ・ iOS用モバイルアプリ)
*エンタープライズ、アルティメットプラン対象
3.アプリ内の言語設定( Android用モバイルアプリ)
4. データURLの共有(Android用モバイルアプリ)
上記アップデートより、以下の2点を抜粋して紹介します。
1.見込み客タブでの取引先提案
見込み客データを作成する際の会社名入力において、 入力内容をもとに既に登録された取引先から候補を表示し、関連付けることができます。これにより、データ入力の手間を省けるだけでなく、見込み客と取引先のデータをより正確に関連付けることができます。
*今回のアップデートで、Androidに加えiOS用モバイルアプリでも利用可能になりました。
4.データURLの共有
例えばチーム間である顧客情報を共有したい場合、アプリ上から該当データのURLを表示し、メールやチャットツールですぐに相手に共有できます。
*今回のアップデートで、iOSに加えAndroid用モバイルアプリでも利用可能になりました。
今回のアップデートの他にも、現在地から近い顧客を探す機能など、Zoho CRM モバイルアプリ専用の機能もあります。詳細は以下をご参照ください。

Our accepted estimates are converted to Sales orders for our warehouse staff to pick. How can my warehouse staff select the serial numbers for an item when editing a Sales Order?
