【Zoho CRM】Webフォームに関するアップデート

Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中からWebフォームに関するアップデートについて紹介します。


今回、以下2点のアップデートがありました。

  1. ダブルオプトイン(2段階の同意確認)後の確認メッセージのカスタマイズ
    登録から確認まで一貫したユーザーエクスペリエンスを顧客に提供するために、カスタマイズされた確認メッセージを作成できるようになりました。

  1. ダブルオプトイン認証メールのカスタマイズ
    顧客に最初から興味を持ってもらえるよう、パーソナライズされたメールを作成できるようになりました。ユーザーのブランドに合った本文を作成し、パーソナライズすることで、様々な顧客に対応することができます。

<設定方法>
  Zoho CRMにログイン後、設定>チャネル>Webフォームにアクセスします。まずフォームを作成し、フォームの詳細を指定します。

ダブルオプトイン(2段階の同意確認)を有効にする」オプションを有効化後、「メールテンプレートのカスタマイズ」オプションをクリックし、Webフォームからの登録者向けにパーソナライズされたメールを作成します。

 

また、「確認ページのカスタマイズ」オプションをクリックすることで、Webフォームの登録者が登録内容を確認できるよう、確認メッセージを作成・カスタマイズできます。


メールや確認ページをカスタマイズすることで、認証ステップの見逃しを防ぎ、全体的なエンゲージメントを向上させることができます。

 この機能アップデートは、すべてのユーザーに対し適用されています。
