an issue in Zoho CRM where the workflow rule is not triggering

I’m currently facing an issue in Zoho CRM where the workflow rule is not triggering when a new lead is created through a webform. I’ve double-checked the criteria and field updates, everything seems fine but it still doesn’t fire.

Has anyone faced this before? Any help would be appreciated.
