Créer un second centre d'aide dans Desk

Bonjour, je souhaiterai pouvoir créer un second centre d'aide dans Desk afin d'avoir un service complètement indépendant du premier.

Le premier fonctionne bien, il est pour notre service client. Mais j'aimerai maintenant pouvoir créer un nouveau service dédié aux installateurs.
Le premier portail est même mappé à un domaine personnalisé.

J'ai ensuite créer un nouveau service, puis dans ses options, j'active la case "Afficher dans le centre d'assistance" :


Puis, dans Centre d'aide, je clique sur "Nouveau Centre d'aide" et je choisi le service créé :


Mais il m'est impossible de le créer car j'ai cette erreur qui apparait :

J'ai donc créé un nouveau sous-domaine sur mon serveur, que j'ai mappé dans Desk en plus du premier. La vérification est faite avec le DNS.

Ensuite, dans Settings > Organisation > Personnalisation Multimarque, je ne peux pas activer l'utilisateur unique :
