Focus Group series: Widgets 101 - Create, test, and embed widgets

This Focus Group webinar series brings into focus, Widgets in Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Projects. This series of webinars will enable you to build and implement widgets that integrate seamlessly with other internal and external applications.

Widgets are Graphical User Interface components that can be embedded in your CRM to see real-time data from other third party or Zoho applications at a glance. For instance: Check the status of the resolved tickets in Zoho CRM without opening Zoho Desk or quickly dial a call directly from CRM.

With the help of widgets you'll be able to
  • avoid wasting time shuffling between various applications
  • catch a glimpse of what's cooking in CRM
  • connect seamlessly with other applications
  • receive data insights in real-time
Pre-requisites : Basic knowledge in : JS, HTML & CSS, APIs & SDKs, Zoho products - CRM, Desk, Projects
