Loading Project Balances in ZOHO Books for each project

Hello,

What is the best method for loading project balances actual and budget into ZOHO books to provide tracking to our project managers.  We have projects and federal awards (also treated as projects) which span multiple years.  We are converting from QuickBooks (Can't wait to leave them) to ZOHO for 1/1/26.   

I have awards actual balances by year and month.  Budget is by account for the entire project.

Any ideas would be helpful.
