Note: Service availability is possible with one-on-one services only. All references to "services" (in this article) will be on similar lines.
You can decide the availability of appointments based on your staff or your services. You get to decide the pivot!
Below is what you can do:
Staff availability across services
Say, your staff are available between 9 AM and 6 PM and they need to be available exclusively for a service in the morning and for another service in the evening.
Before: Not possible.
Now: Set up service availability for the first service between 9 AM and 1 PM, then set it up for the second one between 2 PM and 6 PM. Now, the staff assigned to these services will be exclusively available during the assigned times.
Service Date Range
One-on-one services once created are available indefinitely. Assume that a business wants to make them available for a specific date range.
Before: No way to make it available for a date range.
Now: Define a date range to be available and accept appointments only during that period.
Assume that a business wants to make a service unavailable for a specific time.
Before: No specific setting to suspend a service. You can either mark it as inactive or delete the service to stop receiving appointments.
Now: Set a time-off and the service won't be able to receive appointments during that time.
To configure Service Availability:
Click Manage Business > Services and choose the required one-on-one service.
Click Service Availability and customize availability.
One-on-one services can now be available indefinitely or only for a certain period.
Availability during the day can be based on the staff availability or the custom time chosen for the service.
We understand that your staff booking pages need a more professional touch to appeal to your clients and we came up with two new themes. Yes, we have introduced two refreshing themes - Sleek and Basic.
The new theme laying out staff details to the side of the booking page and with 10 colours to choose from.
The default theme got an upgrade with the staff card appearing at the head and 9 more colors to choose from.
Now with service availability and staff booking page themes out, we are planning to push improvements to calendar integrations and making our integration with Zoho CRM deeper and more robust. We also have other exciting features lined up next.
