Pour ceux qui sont passés à côté, voici les différents sujets qui ont étés abordés ce mois dernier.

La grande nouvelle est la sortie de Zoho One 21 : de nouvelles applications, de nouveaux services et une nouvelle expérience ! Nous vous donnons d'ailleurs rendez-vous le 24 novembre pour poser toutes vos questions à nos experts produit.

Nous avons également continué à découvrir les fonctionnalités de pré-recrutement de Zoho Recruit, une application de la suite Zoho One. Grâce à des modèles entièrement personnalisables, à une création et promotion simple des offres d'emploi sur votre site ou des sites tiers dédiés mais aussi des éléments intuitifs à mettre en place comme une évaluation ou recommandation.

Notre CRM pour les petites entreprises, Bigin,  à lui aussi son lot de nouveautés avec la possibilité d'associer désormais plusieurs contacts à une même affaire !

Pour en apprendre plus sur notre logiciel de service client Zoho Desk, nous organisons un webinar le 9 novembre à 14h. Nous verrons comment faire gagner du temps à vos équipes support en rendant vos clients autonomes.

Zoho Learn, logiciel de formation en ligne, propose lui aussi de nouvelles fonctionnalités comme la possibilité d'offrir un certificat, avoir une base de donnée de questions pour faire des quiz et bien plus encore.
