Hello everyone!

We’re excited to share the latest updates from Zoho Sprints for Q2 2025! This quarter, we rolled out a few highly-requested features designed to enhance collaboration and time management across your projects.

Here's a look back at the features and their functionalities:
  • Use item sharing to widen your audience
  • Refine item estimation using an estimation planner
  • Sync with Xero to manage invoicing
  • Import log hour data from a spreadsheet to Zoho Sprints

Share Work Items

Collaboration just got easier! You can now share work items across different projects or with users outside your project. Estimation Planner extension

In Sprint planning, it's essential to update the estimation point for each work item before you begin working on the item. Estimation points help teams gauge the level of effort required to complete a task. The Estimation Planner extension streamlines this process by allowing assignees to vote on their estimated effort for each work item. Once voting is complete, the final estimation is automatically updated in the work item based on the Estimation Factor defined by the sprint owner. Learn more

Xero Integration

Install Xero extension from our Zoho Sprints Marketplace to sync your project log hours with Xero. Once you sync them, you can easily create invoices for the work items, timesheets, or projects directly in Xero.  Manage your business's billing and accounting effortlessly and efficiently with this integration.
