Trying to create an HTML email template
Hi I am trying to create an email to send which requires some HTML coding (please see below). However i can't get it to work within an email template??? There are some instructions below that mention clicking on the Source Code icon (i can't find this) and also In Code View mode, copy your Newsletter HTML code and and return to the WYSIWYG mode. Where are these options to switch between HTML code and WYSIWYG mode? Is there a video available for this type of thing? HTML CODE I NEED TO USE:- <html>

VQ Manager Stats incorrect.
Hi I recently installed VQ Manager and configured port mirroring. I am using the sniffing method. My setup is as follows - Cisco UC560 to Netgear switch to cisco ip phones. I am able to see all the calls and extensions in VQManager, however, the following stats do not change despite many QoS complaints from end users. Delay 0 Jitter 0 Loss 0 MOS 4.4 R Factor 94 Is there something that I'm supposed to configure on the UC560? the port mirroring is configured on the netgear.

automatic authentication
Hi everyone. We have Active Directory in our office. ServiceDesk plus is installed and connected to Active Directory in admin setup settings. Also i choose "Enable Active Directory Authentication" and "Enable "Pass-through" Authentication" chekboxes. When users try open SD page in browser they see table with authentication request. It's not a SD login screen, but brouther screen. If they type login and pwd everything is OK and they go through in to SD home page without SD login screen. On the comment
unable to select email template in email notification option.
hi, i am tyring to integrate zoho form on my website. i followed all the steps to generate zoho form in this video:- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsV4qD0CV5c --first i created the form in web-to-lead form --then filled all the required fields in form properties, field selection. i am stuck on the email notification option step.m not getting the template in the combo box. i had already created the email template. can anyone suggest me how to get the template in email template option?
ServiceDesk Plus - Request numbering
We are currently in the evaluation and testing stage of implementing ServiceDesk Plus. I have noted that whenever a customer replies to an email sent from a request, that a new Request ID is allocated to the original request, and consumed. This means that at the top level view of all Service Requests, the numbers do not follow a sequential order. That is, we see a list of requests with numbers like - 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 12, 13, etc We would prefer that replies to request emails are not allocated
Customer Support Homepage in Zoho Support
It looks like when a user accesses the customer support portal homepage, they can submit support requests without first logging into the support application as a user (and search the knowledge base). Is this true? I can't see to fine where only a logged in user/customer can submit tickets? Thanks Dave

Adding a field problem
I see this problem has shown up in several questions but no where do I see an actual answer. I too am trying to add a field to a form with no success. I have done this successfully in the past. What is the trick or is there some limitation on free use? I am testing the utility of Zoho at the free level.
