Full Hebrew Language Support for Client-Side Zoho Assist Interface

Full Hebrew Language Support for Client-Side Zoho Assist Interface

Dear Zoho Assist Team,

We would like to request an enhancement to Zoho Assist's client-side interface to support full Hebrew language customization, including all popups, notifications, and session-related messages.

Current Limitation

  • The Join page allows language selection, but Hebrew is not available.
  • The Zoho Assist client-side prompts is in English.
  • Key messages like:
    • File transfer notifications
    • Session end messages (both the popup and webpage)
    • Other popups and prompts
    • "Notify" message
    • End-user summary
cannot be customized or displayed in Hebrew.

Feature Request

We request the ability to fully customize the client-side experience in Hebrew, including:

  1. Download page & session join screen – Add Hebrew as a language option.
  2. All popups and notifications – Enable Hebrew translations for file transfers, permission requests, and alerts.
  3. Session end messages – Allow Hebrew customization for both the popup and webpage that appear when a session ends.
  4. "Notify" message and end-user summary – Add support for Hebrew text.

Benefits of This Feature

  • Enhances user experience for Hebrew-speaking clients.
  • Ensures clarity in all session-related prompts.
  • Maintains professionalism by providing a fully localized support experience.

Since Zoho Assist already supports some level of language customization, extending this to Hebrew would greatly benefit our workflow.

Thank you for considering this request.

Best regards,

Ram
