With the holidays coming up, we've all started to get the hang of the new normal as people get ready for all the festivity around. This year is different from others in the past, which means businesses are trying out new ways to connect with their customers. With most of the businesses shifting to a digital form, online experiences are taking precedence over in-person experiences.

Even though things have been picking up rather slowly in most parts, it would be great to have your forms speak your brand's story every time a prospect reaches out to fill them. Therefore, we present to you a 5-part series of ways to get the most out of your forms. It's the favorite time of the year after all! Here are a few ways to jazz up your forms and make them feel the same as the rest of your brand: 

Create beautiful forms

Another way to make your forms stand out is to use custom elements like your brand's colors, logo, and so on. This helps create a more seamless experience, with the form matching your website's style, and can also make respondents feel extra warm and full of festive vibes. Wondering how to get started? Share it on social media

Depending on where your audience is, you can do everything from embedding a form on your website to posting it on your social media handles to share your beautifully crafted forms . They can also be shared through email campaigns, which you can track and get insights for future communications. 

Say a special thanks

Once your respondents fill out the form, you can show your appreciation by creating brand-specific, customized thank you page. Redirecting them to a thoughtfully created page helps you form a bond with your audience and show them you really do care. You can add personalized thank you notes using field merge tags, which pick up their response and autofill it in your thank you page. Similarly, you can choose to redirect your audience to another form or to your website, giving them a chance to browse around for more information about your business. 

Use a customized URL

Using a customized URL can add authenticity and help your respondents to trust your brand. It also helps your forms stand out from your competitors.  

Keep them informed

Why stop at the thank you page? Send out personalized email or SMS notifications to your respondents to keep them updated. You can use send updates on the status of their order, the success of their donation or any other important information related to the form.
