Not showing the form when editing from views
If the report has a criteria like this: " Added_User == zoho.loginuser" p ointing and clicking a record should open the form to enable users editing, but it only shows the "close" option. If I drop the criteria (ie selecting "all records") the form is opened.
No login required for dynamically generated html page
I'm creating an application that generates contracts. The admin can set parameters that determine what is displayed on a html page using the record ID. This is very similar to the Order Management "Generate Invoice" function. My issue concerns the link to view the contract page that is included in the sendmail function. I can search within certain fields by clicking on 'search' next to 'add': now above every field/column the search field is shown and I can enter a search in one or more fields (logical AND). Splitting a lengthy form into multiple forms (Problem with linking forms together)
I'm developing a registration form for our company and it has too many fields; I'm thinking of splitting the form into three separate forms (i.e. Contact Details, Skills and Services). Radio Lookup Field Shows as Dropdown

Lookup field returning strange values
Hi there, I have a lookup field drop down, pulling values from another form which are displaying simply as 1, 2, 3 etc. I want to use a deluge script to do certain things based on the value of the lookup field. However, when I get the value of the lookup field in a script, I'm not getting the visible value of the field (1,2, 3, etc) but getting another strange number eg. 1365899000000572499. Can someone advise how I can get the displayed value of the lookup field rather than this strange number?
Zoho Creator Reports
New to Zoho Creator. I'm testing things out right now to see if it meets my needs. I don't want to have to mess with a separate Zoho Reports App to import it all into, but I see you can do basic reports and filters within Creator. If I have tables of expenses or payments for services from clients...i basically need amount totals for all the rows in a report. I basically want totals of records and currency totals. Is this available in report settings? Please help with basic instructions. Again

I'd like a Next and Previous button on the Edit screen. I'd like them to have the same action as "update" Sometimes we want to change several records with different information. I'd like to pull up a view, click edit on the first record, then make changes and hit "next" and have it save the changes and bring up the next record.

Hello, In a form I can generate a purchase order. I've made a custom template which looks like a purchase order. When I submit the form there will be sent an e-mail with the template as an attachment in PDF. I also generated a report which shows all the records of the made purchase orders. Now I'm trying to make make a custom function.This function will be a button in each record in the report. When you press the button it will send the e-mail again with the purchase order template in PDF as an attachment.

Limiting global search
I have a report that needs to be limited by a company name. To do this I use the userid to fetch the Company name from a table of userids and the related company name. The Company name is then used in an openurl statement to pass the criteria to the report. This works great and the user only sees the records that belong to their company. The problem is the new global search field. This will return records that are not filtered by the Company name. How can I filter records returned by the Global Search?
Accessing subforms in a Report List view
Hi all, I would like to access a form via an "Edit" button, which basically calls a function. I would like to create an Edit custom action which I can access from within Report_A row (i.e., per record), but I would only require a pop-up of a particular subform. The subform is accessing another form, Form_B. Would it be possible to do this, i.e. create a function to access Form_B a a pop-up window, by clicking on the Edit button within Report_A? I want to import a spreadsheet (CSV file) into a form with a User field. How can I import users into this User field. I tried having a column with the users' email addresses and that did not work, then I tried their usernames but that also did not work.

Why exactly are Spreadsheet and Grid views behaving as List view?
Various Reports defined as "Spreadsheet" or "Grid" are suddenly behaving as the "List" type. We did recently add Workflow scripting to the underlying Form, and am hearing that this may be the cause. Can someone verify exactly what is forbidding these views? Assuming it is workflow scripting: Any script of any type added anywhere in the Workflow sections? Hello, I still have a problem. In a field I have selected the currency "EUR" --> €. When I make a Pivot Chart based on the database with the value of the field with lay-out "EUR" -->€, it will show in the Pivot Chart a dollar --> $. How do I change this? See attachment for a printscreen.

No other information and no other clues are given. The project has open access to support. Is it possible to insert values into a Zoho Creator database from the CRM, using a custom function or something similar? If I write the code in a custom function, I get an error that the Form does not exist in the application. Any ideas?
