A form to add products with multiple variations - and manage the sales & inventory
Hi, I am trying to create a form that will allow me add products that has multiple colors for each of them. Example: Product with code number '405' has 10 colors. Color number 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10. And I have around 100 products, each one has 10-20 colors. When I sell these products I usually sell a couple of them with multiple colors for each. The color listings for each product are not always the same (not always no.1-20, but usually it is) I want to be able to select a product number in the

Does anyone know if it's possible to prevent a form from displaying based on a condition like whether or not the user is the administrator? Background: I have an order form that capture ORDER_ID, ORDER_TYPE, PARENT_ORDER_ID and other details. The ORDER_TYPE can be of type child or parent. When a user submits a parent order, they child form is loaded afterwards. It will pre-populate the form to be of type child and save the previous form order id as the child's parent id. Zoho Invoice CreateInvoice Function from Creator
Hi Guys I am unable to set PayPal, Standard up as an Online Payment Option using the CreateInvoice Function from within Creator. The help file says that "PayPal" is a Key Name that I should be able to select and set in the mapping variables, and if I assign it a value of 1 it should set the online payment option to PayPal, Standard. I don't know if I am doing this right but I have been studying zoho for more than 2 days, I don't need a form in my project. Is this project possible by using only Zoho Creator? Location of custom filter as a view header drop down?
My custom filter is appearing outside of the normal filter drop down. Instead, it is turning my view header into a drop down and displaying it there. Is this correct? If so, is there any way to move it to the filters drop down? Thanks!

Hello, I am using Hariharan's CRM. Each store has a unique Zoho login. In the New User form I have a field named STORE. (There may be 2 or 3 users per store) Also every record in a form called LEADS there is a field called STORE. I need to ensure that when a store logs in. They can only view their own records and not the records from other stores. Can anyone please help?

Filtering picklist with another list
Hi, I want to filter a lookup list in this way: 1) I have three forms, Categories, Subcategories and Products 2) Everyone of these forms have a multiple look up field to the other two forms 3) When entering a new product, the user selects as many categories as he/she wants, no problem here, no filtering, all Categories show up 4) When selecting Subcategories, I want this list to be filtered in a way that only those Subcategories belonging to the Categories already selected by the user show up.
Deleting multiply subforms
Hi, I have a form that has say two subforms in it [form1 and form2]. When deleting a record of type form I should manually delete the relevant records typed form1 and form2. Register Without Email
Here's a new one! A client of mine has a few patrons that apparently do not have or want to share an email address. Can you believe it? Yet, they have online access, presumably at a library or work computer. The client wants the patrons to manage their contact data online. I'm at a loss how to create an app that requires sign-in but does not use email (zoho accounts)... I know it's not allowed to create a custom authentication system so what's the workaround here?

Formula field issues + Drop down list question.
Hello, I am developing an app to find the average score among 4 scores the user inputs in a form. However, the field does not appear on the form (even when I check the box), AND it doesn't show up in the view. Here is the function I am using: (Work_Quality_Score + Work_Habits_Score + Job_Knowledge_Score + Behavior_Score)/4 Also, I have a lookup field to select the employee being evaluated. Is there a way to have it look up First name and Last name? These are two separate fields in another form.

I have created a form where I can keep track of individual client records, their contact information, etc. I have also created a separate form where I can input client hours and services each time they visit the office. Hi, When adding a row to a sub form, how can I asign a value to one of its fields using information in the curent form? There is an option to do actions "on Add Row" but the problem I have is that it only changes the first row rather than the row being added. Simple Formula Field Not Working
I have a formula field with it's value set to a decimal field - it doesn't display anything. Here's the details;I have a decimal field which is updated from a drop down field's on input event. I have a formula field which (at this point) should just display the value from decimal field. So it's formula is simply the decimal field name. It doesn't update. In the end I want to display the difference between two decimal fields (i.e. field1-field2) in the formula field. Am I caught in another "Catch-22"?
DateTime Control
Hi, I want to create a simple job time entry form. Job Name Start Time End Time Work Date and show the job hours and minutes on the form. The users would access this from their Android smart phones. This is the rub. The DateTime control is unusable on the smart phone I'm testing on. I can pick a date or click to make hours and minutes increase but decreasing them seems impossible as you can't hold shift and click. (Android 4 device - Note 2).
