Record ID and Stateless Forms
I have an application that has a couple of issues, The application has 1 regular form "Data_Form" and 6 stateless forms that report back to it ( "Alpine_Farm" "Kennet_Farm" "M_J_Farm" "Phase_1" "Phase_II" "West_Grove_Farm") there is only one view "Compost Batch Records" there is 6 custom action buttons in this view, 5 of which are used to edit the corresponding farm section in "Data_Form" ("Edit P2" "Edit KF" "Edit AF" "Edit MJ" "Edit WG" ) what I need to happen is: 1.when the custom action

Would someone please point me in the right direction? I am looking to use a radio button with yes/no as the options. When yes is selected I would like an additional text box to popup which allows for more information to be input. Sorry if this is a simple question. Zoho Favicon Appearing
Hello, Due to the issue around the iframe height hard coding I am embedding using the JavaScript equivalent. However, one of the effects of this is the Zoho Favicon is displaying in the results window. Do you have any ideas on how to prevent this, aside from switching to the iframe code? Thanks

I have a checkbox 'Place Order' If this is checked, I want to show and require field 'Payment_Information' if unchecked, I want to hide and not require the Payment_Information field. Using year (yyyy) from date field

Default entry in field
I created a form in Zoho Creator and imported a .xls spreadsheet with the following fields: telephone number name address city state All of these records are empty with the exception of telephone number. I would like to know how to show the telephone number in the form by default.
Fetching the NEXT record
Can someone explain to me how to do what must be a common requirement (I'm New ) . . . I have a form & View (let's call them the original Form) and want to create a new form that I can 'page' through the records in Original form. So I guess I need a Next & Previous button on a 'Stateless?' form. Then how do I get the buttons to get the Next or Previous records?

reports not showing all records in table
Hi, For some reason, looking at a view of one of my tables (MyResponse View) displays "x" number of records. When I access the table via either of two reports (My Studies - Diet Type Frequency or My Studies - Exercise Type Frequency), most records are not displayed. The discrepancy between records displayed when using MyResponse_View and either report is significant. I have deleted any filters the reports were using without success. Limitations on HTTP Post?
I tested my AWS-SES/ZC app this weekend by attempting to send 200 test emails. After about 90 I got an exception violation as the http response from the post. Querying my Amazon account, I did not see any issues. I'm assuming the fault was on ZC's side. So I'm wondering if I've run-up against some limitation with http post? Newbie Question: conditional expressions in zoho creator forms
I am trying to build a form in Zoho Creator that firsts asks the user to choose one of three options from a drop-down menu, then assigns a value to that entry based on what the user chose from the drop-down menu. I am currently using a conditional expression that looks like this: if((DropDown == "Option 1"),10,0) The problem is that if the user picks anything but "Option 1" from the drop-down menu, the value assigned to that entry will be 0. I cannot find out how to use the "if, else if, else"
Script reformatted to single line
I've written a script and it looks fine initially when I paste it into the Zoho scripting tool. However, when I save, leave and come back, the script has been reformatted to be on a single line. This makes it impossible to edit in the scripting tool. Is there a way to prevent it from reformatting the script? Thanks!
How do I update a date field within a form when a user modifies another field (example approves the form request)
Totally confused! I'm trying to declare a variable and fetch the most recent record when field is updated. I don't know the fetch arguments in order to update the particular field. (My application has a form to request $ for loans...I need a date stamp when the user approves or rejects it.)
Form validation on edit not working?
I don't think it's me, but knowing me it probably is. The field validation that was working before just stopped, seemingly out of nowhere. When I found it not working I then tried to get just a basic (if this input doesn't equal this number then alert and cancel submit) and still no go. Creating a "table" form input
Hi, Is there a way to create a table that a user would fill out? For context, I'm trying to create a table that has "Cost Center", "Cost" and "Tactic ID" as the column headers and would like the user to be able to enter multiple lines (i.e. split the cost of a project across several cost centers. Very Confused Newbie re: Public Forms...
Ok - I have spent far too many hours creating a multi-page form, but everything is essentially working except - I have spent hours trying to figure out how to allow my customer to fill out the form. If I make the application public, then the customer sees all of the application, views, etc., which is not good. If I make the application private, then the customer needs a login, which they won't have. I tried using the permalink code without login, but then I haven't been able to pass the record id
Type mismatch seems bogus

Can ID be used on multiple forms?
Since ID is unique for each record, I guess I can't set the ID of a record in another form, is that correct? Since I have a record that's starting on one form, and transitioning to a separate form, in order to keep a link to the original record, I assume I must create a third id type field for the two records on the separate forms to share - is this correct thinking? I have a task form that contains DueDate and also a Priority field. User selects 1 record out of search results view...
I painstakingly built a search form with html view as follows: user enters whatever piece of data they have - such as partial phone number, zip code, business name, etc; view then retrieves a few fields from each matching record and displays them in a table (super ugly at the moment, but functional)Now I want user to be able to select which of the matching results is the desired record - select that result - and go to a new html view or form displaying all of the data for that record.
Cant delete applications....?
I gave shared a zoho applicaiton with another of my creator accounts as a test. Problem is now i cant delete the application from zoho. What happening and why? Well actually i get this long error message. i dont want to go through the application and make all these modifications just to delete the app. What can I do? Converting a payroll workbook in Excel to Creator
I have a payroll spreadsheet that we use for our business, as I have been unable to find a software package that does things how we need them. We pay our people "by the piece" doing electrical work, and we use vlookup, drop down boxes, and various equations to calculate payroll. Love to find a way to do this online with Creator and have it export info in a format acceptable to Quickbooks online. Any recommendations? What should I budget for something like this?

Hi, I created a simple form that I'd like to use to capture data and then email out to a variety of email addresses. I've gone through the instructions and have done the Set Email Notification section. Everything looks fine, but when I go and test the form by submitting some info, I never receive an email.
