New to Zoho Creator, 2 simple questions

Client API doesn't answer?
I'm trying to integrate a form from Zoho Creator into my Webpage using Client API. I followed the explanation at Zoho API Guide (http://api.wiki.zoho.com/Zoho-Creator---Client-API.html) . But I'm only get a white page. It looks like there is no interaction between the html-page and the zoho form or the API!? My questions: - Do I use the API key and the ticket for the Client API? - If so, how do I use the API key and the ticket? - Is there more to do as described on the help page above? Thanks for
criteria for views
Each of the users of my application belongs to a given firm, and each firm can have several users. The association between firm and users is established in a form, called Users, with fields : FirmCode, UserEmail. The UserEmail is the same as the zoho.loginuserid. I now wish to construct a View on another form, called Orders, such that all users of a given firm can see only the orders of that firm, irrespective of which user of that firm has placed them. Inviting users to new version of the same application
I am not sure what happens when I invite users : if I make changes to the database it seems that these are not immediately available to users, I have to share the application once again and the list of previously shared versions of the same application still appear and are available in the user account !

Creating an external document
From inside my creator app - I would like to be able to create a document (ascii or "word"). I need similar ability to creating an email message - but instead of it being an email message - I'd like to name the document and just save it to my hard disk. Any way to do that? Thanks
Counting the number of times a word is displayed and then inputting this number into a new field
I am trying to get my application to count the total occurences in a view and then get the result into a field in another form. For example, one form has a field that will be used to display the total number of times that the word "Human Resources" is input into a field in a separate form or view. I need to calculate the totals so I can then create a chart with the total number of occurrances. Any sample code ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I have a simple data structure to implement. I have 3 entities; Lecturer, Module and Allocation. A lecturer can have more than one module and a module can have more than one lecturer. This creates a many-to-many realtionship which I've resolved by creating an additional entity called Allocation. Auto Populate List
Hi I cant seem to get my head around the following: I'm creating an app. One of the fields require a int value > 0. For example lets assume "4". How can I built a list to contain 1, 2, 3, 4? If the int was "5" then list must contain 1,2,3,4,5. I need this for the following reason: Int "4" means that certain field values in the form must be copied to another form on submit, 4 represents the amount of data rows, so: 1. Name, Surname, Mobile 2. Name, Surname, Mobile 3. Name, Surname, Mobile 4.
Allow edit access to support?
Is this why my forum questions have gone unanswered? Was I supposed to allow edit access to support? If that is not the purpose of this option can someone explain what it is used for? I searched the creator forum for the term access support and nothing came up. Is not working. It's really serious guys. I have several apps in my clients that are not rendering the uploaded images. why?... Print My Form
Gosh, some people still like paper copies. I have a request for a print button be added to a form being viewed. The user wants to fill-out the form, then print it, then submit it. Under "More Actions" a print option is expected. Possibly a view PDF is also OK. Is the only work around to populate an html view after submission and then prompt for printing (or PDF)?

Auto populate fields (or pass data) between a form and a view via an Action Button

Currently, I have a Member view that lists all Members with their first/last name, address, etc. For each record, I have created a custom Action Button of "Add Donation". When the user selects the "Add Donation" button, a popup form displays, allowing the user to enter donation information. XML-RPC / CSV-RPC Has Stopped working in ZOHO Creator
A few hours ago, the Zoho Creator API has started returning empty responses. The application has been working for over a year now - so its not a code problem on my end. I receive the ticket ok - but no matter what type of call i make (add/updated/edit) - i receive an empty response Is anyone else having this problem? HTML view not working with IE 7 or IE 8
Hello. I created some simple tables and am bringing text as a string from some of my scripts into an HTML view and it doesn't view properly in Internet Explorer (IE just shows a blank page) but it looks right on Firefox. QUESTION?> Is there some specific settings to make these HTML views work on all browsers? My clients use a mixture of IE and Firefox. I need my apps to work on both. I am trying to create a way to keep track of a deck of flash cards I am creating. The cards will each have a letter sound (and the location of that letter sound in a word) associated with them. problem with form validation
Hi all, I'm writing my first few bits of script. I want to validate a form that has two drop downs. If the first drop down is not set to a value from the list (ie it must not == -Select-) then the script should show an alert then cancel submit. If the first drop down succeeds then test the second similarly. What ever I do the first drop down fails. I always get a message in the status bar of the form with my error message. Copy Form?
Is there an easier way to copy a form than pasting the majority of the script? It seems with Formsite and GDocs it is just a given to have such an ease of operation. Is it something I am missing or is it something that would bring my app down in flames if it were there?

Freezing Screen when trying to access With Action - Free Flow Scripting for a Form

I have a form called Tasks and Bits I can do: I would like to create a stateless form that has one drop down box which displays all the the task owners. The Lookup field only allows me the following types: Dropdown, Radio, Checkboxes, & Multiselect. I need the ability for a Formula field to pull a single, specific value (text, number, etc) from another form based on specific criteria (i.e. ID == ID). How can I do this?
