Announcing new features in Trident for macOS (v.1.11.0)

Hello everyone!

Trident for macOS (v.1.11.0) is here with interesting features and enhancements to elevate your workplace communication and productivity. Let's take a quick look at them.

Export emails.
You can now export emails in the .eml file format as compressed zipped files to create a secure backup for easy offline access.


Switch between light and dark modes in email detail view.
In addition to the Dark, Light, and System themes available in Trident's customization options, you now have the ability to view the email detail in Light and Dark modes without changing the app's Dark theme.


View participants' free/busy schedule.
You can now view participants' real-time availability, making it easy to find a time that works for everyone. If your preferred time doesn't suit all participants, the Next Free Time option will display the next available slot, making it easy to schedule the event.


To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
  1. Open Trident.
  2. In the system menu bar, click Trident.
  3. Select Check for Updates from the menu list.
