I modified something in Zoho CRM the other day and was amazed at the possibilities offered by the "Client Script" feature in conjunction with the ZDK. You can lock any fields on the screen, edit them, you can react to various events (field change, page is saved, etc.), make style changes, hide things - in summary, just wonderful! In Zoho Desk, however, we are limited to "finished" records and can only react to certain things afterwards. This is of course bad for many use cases! Hence my question if anything is planned in this direction.
PS: My most fervent wish is to be able to communicate information to the user (see zdk function: showMessage), directly via the UI without having to write comments in the tickets and without the user having to keep an eye on his mailbox, because I have to send him a thousand notifications via email, because there is no other way.
