Enhanced Login Failure Analysis in Zoho One Admin Panel

Dear Zoho One Support Team,

We are writing to request an enhancement to the Zoho One Admin Panel's user management capabilities. Currently, the panel provides limited insights into login failure attempts, making it challenging to troubleshoot user access issues and identify potential security threats.

To improve security and user experience, we propose the implementation of a detailed login failure analysis feature. This feature should provide administrators with granular information about failed login attempts, including:

  • Reason for failure: Specific details about why the login attempt was unsuccessful (e.g., incorrect password, invalid MFA code, account locked, IP blocked).

  • User-specific data: The ability to view login failure history for individual users, including timestamps, IP addresses, and error messages.

By providing this level of detail, administrators can effectively address user access problems, implement preventive measures, and maintain a secure environment.

We believe that this feature would significantly enhance the Zoho One Admin Panel's security and troubleshooting capabilities.
