Zoho Projects propose un sandbox sécurisé pour tester des configurations, des personnalisations et des modifications sans compromettre les données en production.
Note : Disponible avec le plan Enterprise le plus récent basé sur les utilisateurs (y compris les bundles).

Sandbox dans Zoho Projects

Les utilisateurs peuvent y tester et configurer une large gamme d’éléments, parmi lesquels : les rôles et profils, les champs personnalisés (tous modules confondus), les mises en page et leurs règles associées, les onglets web, les webhooks, les modèles et alertes e-mail, les règles de workflow pour les tâches et projets, les macros, les Blueprints, les équipes, les ressources, les connexions, ainsi que les fonctions personnalisées, planifiées ou non.
Un portail dédié peut être créé pour ces tests, permettant la collaboration entre utilisateurs et développeurs. Il est également possible de modifier, reconstruire, consulter les journaux de déploiement, ou activer/désactiver le portail selon les besoins.

Cas d’usage

  • Tester les règles de workflow pour les tâches et projets

Le sandbox permet de valider les règles de workflow conditionnelles. Par exemple, vous pouvez tester si une tâche en retard de plus de 5 jours déclenche correctement un changement de statut. Divers scénarios peuvent être reproduits pour affiner la logique métier avant déploiement.

  • Tester un Blueprint pour les tâches

Testez l’ensemble du flux défini dans un Blueprint, incluant les statuts, conditions et actions associées (ex. : notifications automatiques, champs mis à jour). Le sandbox assure que toutes les transitions sont exécutées correctement avant leur mise en production.

  • Tester les onglets web pour les ressources

Un onglet web permettant d’intégrer une carte de chantier dans un projet peut être vérifié dans l’environnement sandbox. Cela inclut la vérification du bon affichage de la carte, la mise à jour des données en temps réel, et le bon fonctionnement des fonctionnalités interactives telles que les marqueurs de localisation ou les zones de projet.
