Box.net functionality with ZCRM
There has been a couple of requests for box.net integration with CRM. A feature that I see as useful is each folder within Box.net has a unique email address associated with it that allows you to email files into the related folder. It would be nice to see a similar functionality that would embed either forwarded emails or docs to a particular record within ZCRM. A. Is this already possible? OR B. Can you put this functionality or integration w/Box.net on the roadmap? Thanks!
Zoho Email Problems with Outlook plugin
Hi, I am having problems with my Zoho and Outlook plugin. I add emails to Zoho via the plugin and it'll double contacts and not put all info in one record. Here's an example; Email recieved from contact (email details are in Zoho already) I add the email via the send and add button The contact has Outlook saved name i.e. Joe Bloggs as opposed joe@bloggs.com in the "To" section Zoho doesn't recognise it is the same contact and creates a new one with email Joe Bloggs Am I doing something simple wrong?
Automatically archive emails of existing leads
I integrated our email into the CRM. I am creating leads from emails So far it is working well Once I converted an email to lead, I don't want to see his emails (same email address) in the inbox. View emails per lead in the leads manager. View only non leads and potential leads in my inbox. Is it possible?
See other user's emails
I only see an option to see my emails sent to a given contact. Can I see emails from all users sent to a contact?
Time Zone issue
Hi there, I've just started using Zoho CRM and there is an issue with the time zone and Google calander. I've checked my time zone is set to New Zealand standard (NST) and my Google is set to NST, however the events are appearing in Google about 20hrs previous. How do I fix? This is very frustrating and I'm about to try another CRM if no answer or resolve as I can't afford the time to wait but I do like the look of ZOHO, so here's hoping.
Google Tasks Sync
I have a 15 day free trial going for a Paid account for Zoho / Google Docs edition, but do not see the Google Tasks sync option. I found some instructions that are hopelessly outdated (looks like a completely different website!) but that is not working for me. Also would like to know, once you set your tasks to sync with Gmail Tasks, does it send all tasks there automatically or does it require constant adding? QuickBooks and Credit Memos -with they update in ZOHO?
If we enter a credit memo in QuickBooks, against an item number to an invoice that had been imported from ZOHO, will the credit be applied to the invoice in ZOHO? it says in ZOHO that through a ZOHO/QuickBooks integration the data will be synchronized two way. QuickBooks -- mapping ZOHO Invoices to Non-Inventory items in QuickBooks
Is it possible to choose the Class of Income from ZOHO to QuickBooks? We need to record Non-Inventory items for advertising revenue. Also can we create a custom field in ZOHO and then have that imported into a SubClass of Income into QuickBooks? Workflow Automation- Field updates
It would be awesome if I could apply more than three field updates per workflow automation rule in Zoho CRM. I'm a real estate broker specializing in short sales, and have changed my contacts module to be my files module. I have over 10 title/escrow companies, 50 banks, and 1000 real estate agents that I could possibly be filling in information for, and it would really save me a lot of time long curve to be able to have their information auto-fill. Google contacts sync gone crazy
Hi, We recently set up the Google contacts sync, to sync the contacts that we have in Zoho to the three accounts that we have linked to Zoho. It was working fine to start with, but it has gone a little crazy. We have ended up with 17000 contacts in Zoho, with some contacts having up to 50 duplicates. CRM contacts mail merge with Writer limited to 10 contacts/merge
Hi, I have been trying with Writer to produce quick mail merges of small bunches of contacts instead of exporting them and doing it through MS Word or something. Since I can't directly print the resulting merges due to formatting problems, I'm instead exporting them as PDF, which works and I get the documents correctly formatted. It would be very neat if the 'Export to Google Calendar' could work the same as 'Export to Google Tasks'- which allows you to pick the Task list you want to export to. Since Zoho invoice does not handle inventory, and CRM does. will the export feature will affect the products inventory? Creating Record from Zoho Apps to Zoho CRM
Hi, I tried to collect information from Zoho Creator Form to Zoho CRM. The zoho creator form we have indicates among other things product details (in our case, properties). I want some product information to populate "Products" module of our Zoho CRM. Associating emails with a record
In the past, whenever I'd send an email from within Zoho CRM or via my own desktop email client, a record (copy) of that email would be found in that lead's record. Now, I don't see that. Help!

Suggestion: Tighter integration with Creator for realtime triggers
I would LOVE to be able to have CRM trigger a deluge script in Creator. I use Creator to write my complex logic to support what CRM can't do with it's limited Workflow. As it is now, I have to create a Workflow trigger in CRM to send an email to a Creator app to trigger my deluge script which then manipulates CRM through the API. Thanks! David
