When I try to send an email with my invoice from zoho crm, I lost track of this email : It appears neither in zoho mail nor in gmail as a sent mail (or a received mail). Is their any option to change in the settings? Thanks in advance for your a reply

Google sync Account name - Company cut of 20 characters
Hello, First my compliments for Google Sync, one of the best in the market. I tried so many crm's with google contacts sync and this is till far the best. One problem I am having. When I have in Google contacts a person with a company name larger than 20 characters, the account name in Zoho wil be max 20 characters. I change it in Zoho to the right name, but with the next run it will make a new Account again with 20 characters name. Could you have a look at that? My settings: 2 way sync Conflict
Adding Custom Buttons to Standard Modules?
Is it possible to add a custom button at the Page layout level for pages such as the Potentials page? It would be at the same level as the Edit/Delete/Clone/Print Preview buttons. I'd like to add a button that triggers some business logic on the current Potential record.
Having trouble syncing Zoho CRM with Google Contacts
My company has 3 users on Zoho and none of us can get Zoho to sync correctly. I'm using 2-way sync, and started with few Google Contacts of my own. My CEO is using 1-way sync from Google Contacts to Zoho CRM. He had hundreds of Google Contact entries and these contacts are not syncing properly into Zoho. Some Google Contacts have been added as Contacts in Zoho but the data (phone, email, company, title) is not syncing completely. Other Google Contacts are not being added to Zoho at all. Can anyone
Exporting contacts to Google
Hi there, I'm having difficulty exporting my contacts to Google Contacts. Importing from Google is no problem, once I set the parameters, however when exporting they are in a jumbled mess with all the information bunched together as a note. Is there a basic step that I'm missing? Thank you Laura

Quickbooks
I am disappointed that there are no plans to support quickbooks properly at this time. Does anybody have a workaround, I have spent alot of time getting zoho to work for me however it is looking like I may have to find another CRM. -Seth

I've just spotted in the CRM Admin section that we can now integrate Zoho Invoice into CRM but also noticed that its only available in enterprise edition ? Is this correct? Not available in the professional edition ?
Repair Orders instead of Purchase Order
Currently Zoho CRM allows the setup and creation of Purchase Order. Our customer is in the Aircraft/ Engine Component Repair business. Can we create Repair Orders instead of Purchase Orders. This will be most useful as the Aircraft/Engine MRO (Maintenance/Repair) business is a very important business and will benefit much with Zoho CRM supporting also Repair/Service Orders and not just Purchase Orders. Contact custom field sync help please
Has anyone had success with syncing custom fields to Google contacts? I am using Google Apps and am testing this feature out but no luck. Here's what I did. Created custom field in Zoho CRM. Went to SETUP > ZOHO CRM FOR GOOGLE APPS > CONTACTS. Then clicked MAP MORE FIELDS link on the bottom, a new line pops up. I selected my custom field from the left side and linked it to the NOTES google contacts field. I clicked update and waitined for the update to happen. Once it did I checked my google

Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit
I think its a great idea that you can import CRM contacts from CRM to zoho recruit. If I first started using zoho crm and then began using zoho recruit, that would be awesome. However, I started using zoho recruit first. There isn't any kind of integration for importing contacts from zoho recruit to zoho CRM. This is so frustrating because I don't have the time to manually input all my zoho recruit contacts into CRM. Is there any solution to this problem? Otherwise I won't use CRM.

Regarding the recent blog post: Automate your Sales Quotes with Socket App for Zoho CRM here's my comments: I think this not only confuses users, but lessens the value of Zoho if they think they need to go elsewhere to do something that should work within ZCRM - or at least Zoho makes it seem like it should work, since Quotes are a module... If Zoho has Quotes within the CRM system, as well as Zoho Invoice, which does quotes (and maybe Zoho Books, I don't know) - why another 3rd party integration?

wondering if anyone can help. We currently use an ecell spreadsheet with macros to generate conveyancing quotes for our customers. How hard would it be to convert this so that it worked in zoho. Question about New ZCRM and Creator Functionality
I found out about the latest enhancements to the integration between ZCRM and Creator. I am very excited as I think that this could lead to tremendous user customer opportunities. However, I have a few questions about how to make this happen. My first business case is to set up a Creator App that can be used by our sales channel partners to register their projects (Haven't decided whether to pull the info into Leads or Potentials yet). Is it possible to create a private Creator app that I can share

I am using zoho.crm.search/get functions just fine. it returns what I expect. However, what I would like to pull out is the equivalent of the potential 'stage history'. The 'related data' that is stored when a potential moves along from say Proposal, to Negotiation to closed/Won such as the 'Expected Revenue' or 'Modified Time' at this stage in the potentials past. Unable to associate an existing Project with a CRM Potential.
I created a new potential and had no problem creating and associating a Project with it. Unfortunately on another CRM Potential, I am completely unable to associate the existing Project. I click Associate and follow all the steps and then I hit save. Then I get an error message stating that "You cannot have the same email address for more than one client." I cannot find where the email addresses are the same. That potential doesn't even have an email address, but I put a fake one in just to test
How do I stop Zoho from Billing me?
I have DOWNGRADED my plan to a free account and have REMOVED my Email Add-on, however I still see $5.00 being charged for the email service, which I am not using, and have unsubscribed to. The most recent charge was yesterday. I have unsubscribed to the paid plan 2 weeks ago, and have even sent a support message in regards to still seeing the $5.00 on my account for email. Please direct me on how to remove this fully so I'm no longer charged ANY money and how to credit back to my account the $5.00

How do I change the permissions so that another user can edit and create invoice from a sales order? They can currently email the order, edit and create the order but for some reason can't create and sent the invoice :(

I am new and have Zoho CRM with the mail add-on. When I am looking at an email, I have the options to Add to Contacts or CRM. If they are already in the Contacts, it says so but I can't move from the mail to see the contact info. Sometimes the only information in the email about the contact is the email address so so far I have to copy the email address and search the contacts for the contact information (and the previous email and so on). Hi, I have set up my personal mail account to receive within ZoHo mail, that's fine, but I cannot configure it to sent. Each time it claims to send a verification email, I receive nothing. I have tried multiple times. Attached is the current set up of my accounts for sending mail. Help!!!! Danny

Emails disappearing from CRM contacts record?
I use Zoho CRM + Zoho mail & it appears that when I delete an email from zoho mail client the email which has also been attached to the client in CRM gets deleted? Is this correct & can I prevent this from happening?
