pro package user creation
In Zoho mail free package I can create 25 users and +up to 25 users by referrals. In pro package, how many users can I create? And Am I manage and view users mail from Admin users account?

Hi, I created three email ids. But only two can be seen now. So when i tried to create again, it says "User already exists." I check if it is the secondary email of admin. Also, I tried to Login to this account to delete it, but it says Password is wrong. Looks like many have asked the same question. If this is this much confusing, I wonder why guys haven't taken the effort to simply this area. I have checked all options, please help. Thanks

Name format in recipient's inbox with Android app
Hi I've managed to change the name format that a recipient sees in their inbox (eg from firstname.lastname to Firstname Lastname) when I send email from the portal (Mail > Settings > Send Mail As if anyone needs it) however I can't find how to change this in the Android app. The result is that when I send emails from Android they appear as firstname.lastname which isn't what I want. I'm trying to migrate e-mails between to users in the same domain. When I click in the Add button, I got an error message. Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password. I attached the server configuration and the account details.

Hi, In the control panel for this user dave.koo@freedy.com.hk When I try to click to unblock, it says "Operation permitted for paid users only". Zoho Directory Sync
I'm trying to set up Active Directory user and password synchronisation, and found this tool: https://www.zoho.com/mail/zdsync-tool.html But I can't find any documentation/support for it. I've installed it and it's picked up my AD domain, but I don't know what to enter for the URL in the Zoho connection dialog. Is this tool no longer supported? And if so, what's the best alternative for ongoing user/password sync with AD?

Incorrect MX record when using incoming gateway with external AntiSpam
Hi, I moved to a paid anti-spam solution as the spam started to increase quite a large. However now i am getting notifications that the MX records are incorrect. My domain MX is pointed to the anti-spam provider and incoming gateway in zoho has my anti-spam provider ip address. As the incoming gateway is populated, shouldn't the MX incorrect notification should be appearing? Thanks, Yalini

Followed everything but DKIM and SPF just won't work
Hey guys, Just wanted to ask why even if I have everything set properly, to the last detail, SPF, DKIM, MX, Cname and all the other requirements, Zoho Mail still tells me that my SPF and DKIM are not configured properly. MX already works, but only SPF and DKIM dont. This makes it hard for me since when I tried using registering to facebook, it didn't work and I haven't been getting the confirmation code. Problem with creation of account bussiness
When I try to create a new account for the business, it stays in pending status in guest list, I do not understand because they are those specific account if we were able to create all the accounts of the employees less the account of the director. Accidentally removed all mail user permissions.
I was attempting to change what email was a super user in mail. Somehow I managed to remove all permissions from both the emails I currently have set up. As such I cant log into mail to fix it. Anyone have this happen before? or have any insight on how to fix it? I have tried calling support but it almost seems like there is no one to pick up the phone.
