Mail from Gmail hosted domain does not get delivered to my zoho domain
Is there a way to track emails sended from Gmail hosted domain to my zoho mail domain, there are emails coming from two accounts at gmail (control.usuarios@fovissste.gob.mx, avisooriginacion2@fovissste.gob.mx) that never get delivered to my zoho domain (alradelsur.com), is there a way to show a possible error on Zoho side? migration failed
Hi Im having problem with migration from my old outlook server, because the rate of failed migrated mails is over 90%, for example, in the account coordinacion@acabadosyadhesivos.com, from over 7000 mail, only succeded 150 aprox, and this happened in the other accounts i tried to migrate. Is there anything i can do, because i really need those old mail in my inbox. Thnaks.

Hi there, I have been facing problem sending emails. Everytime we send email it goes to SPAM in recipient side. Specially when i use zoho from office. MX tools says our IP is Added to SPAMCANNIBALAnd reason from Spam cannibal is "no reverse DNS, MX host should have rDNS - RFC1912 2.1" could anyone help me how to fix this as we are loosing clients due to our email delivery. Personal Email appears in suggestion box when colleagues are composing messages
I have set up several accounts for myself and a few colleagues under a business domain. When my colleagues log into these accounts, click the button to send me an email and start typing my name, a suggestion box pops up with my personal email address as the first suggestion. That personal email address also happens to be my Zoho username. I don't want this email address to pop up. I want only my business domain email address to pop up in the suggestion box. Advice on how to address this please.

Failed mail migration
Hi. Im having problems migrating mails from outlook.live to my new zoho accounts, not even 10% of the mail migrated, i set it for 4 accounts and had the same problem in all of them. For example, in the account coordinacion@acabadosyadhesivos.com, it only migrated 165 mail of over 7000. What can i do to solve this problem? Thanks.

Hi, I´ve changed my hosting provider and found I can´t add MX records for my domain (see attach) but seems to be posible to add as part of the SPF raw:v=spf1 +mx:mx.zoho.com +mx:mx2.zoho.com +mx:mx3.zoho.com +include:zoho.com ~all (see attach). I have disabled user "info@hopedanang.org" for some reasons. When I enable that user, Incoming is diasbled and I can not enable Incoming. Can you help me resolve this problem? Thank you!
Calendar not syncing correctly from Outlook.
I have my business email setup as an exchange activesync account in Outlook 2016. Mail and contacts are syncing fine but not all events are syncing on the calendar. Only some of them show up on the website and then on my phone. I've tried saving my entire calendar as a .ics file and uploading it to zoho.com and then I get some appts showing at the wrong time and still not all of them show up or sync out to the phone.

I bought a domain from zoho and I have yet to receive it
In order to set up email I am told I must verify my domain. Elsewhere I have read that if I bought my domain from Zoho, I needn't do anything but set up my email accounts. I have received no communication about my domain.I am this close (picture my thumb and forefinger impossibly close together) to pulling the plug and asking for my money back. Any ideas?

Gmail Migration to Zoho
Hi we have 19 accounts in Google. now we are migrating to zoho with free accounts. Our 17 accounts - No issues. only 2 accounts have issue. 1 account gmail size is 11GB and 2 account current size is 6GB. for this both accounts, we need to migrate only recent records. but migration tool migrating from old to new. now how to control this and migrate only recent items
Verification of DKIM failed, dkimcore.org saying everything is fine
Hey, I followed the steps on your help page and when I try to verify my DKIM, Zoho tells me the verification failed. When I check with http://dkimcore.org/tools/keycheck.html and I put in my selector "zoho" and my domain "onetwentyeight.de" it tells me: "this is a valid DKIM Record". So why does Zoho take issue with my DKIM Record? Greetings Martin
DKIM entries in your DNS are not configured to match with Zoho - but verified?
After spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to get an acceptable DKIM into my DNS settings, I discovered that instead of using the FULL selector info as shown in the help docs, I only had to add the following: <selector._domainkey> and not for example <selector._domainkey.mydomain.com>. It turns out my DNS provider adds the domain to the end of the title - so it was never going to be right. :) However, now Zoho mail keeps telling me "DKIM entries in your domain linenworks.nz DNS are not configured

Mail Account Export Zip doesn't have any emails

Send name wrong although changed in the config
I used to use google apps to the emails of my small company and now I'm moving to ZOHO. \0/ I did all changes in CNAME, MX Records, etc. but my "From"-name is still showing the one I had on google!? My "From"-name on google was Douglas B.P.Silva. In ZOHO's configurations I've changed it to Douglas Silva, but when I send e-mails now using ZOHO people are seeing the old one. Followed all the instructions and added TXT value in the TXT Value field v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all in DNS settings with my host (Namecheap) and I still getting validation error. Any ideas?

My super admin status is not green
Hi i can not seem to figure out what all (3) other email accounts i have the status green icon but my super admin account does not which i think is effecting receiving email at the super admin account. Anyone have any ideas? Submitted a support request but nothing yet.
MX Records Not Found
I updated my mx records on cloudflare about 11-12 hours ago (1st image). It looks fine in cloudflare, but in zoho all I see is this error message (2nd image). Does anyone know what the error is because at first it just said "mx records not found", now it's showing this, so something must have changed.
