Hello, We use zoho for business and I accidentally disabled one of our email accounts receiving incoming messages. It does not let me switch it back and it says that the option is "only available to paid users". The email that needs to be fixed is harman@viscerin.com. I tried calling Zoho support, but no one ever picked up. Can someone please fix this ASAP? Thanks.

Every time on the forum it seems there is a reply saying it is fine but this is merely an indication of the problem: the verification within your site is not operating as expected. Zoho CRM Eterprise subscriber I Have three POP3 addresses setup but the first address that I set up originally does not have the option to delete it. POP Mail, Online Trash Folder, Deleting Emails
I use a Pop account. As such, the online email is deleted from the in-folder after the email has been fetched and downloaded. I do believe Zoho saves the deleted email in the online-trash-folder for 30 days. Is this a tunable parameter? I'd rather not have my deleted email retained on-line. Thx!

Search function broken again
I reported my search function not working in email a couple. of days ago. It miraculously started working perfectly again. Today it has now failed and I am back to scrolling through thousands of emails to find what the search function says is not there. I know for sure when I receive emails from my colleagues every day, and from other stakeholders, that emails are there yet the search continues to find zero results. Infuriating. Please can you fix this?

Hi I am trying to setup a filter in my email but can't seem to get the rule setup correct. I have a folder structure as follows.... Inbox > Enquiry > Accounts > Bills I have a email alias setup for each of the sub-folders.... Enquiry@ + Accounts@ + Bills@ As they all arrive I want the email to be displayed in the Inbox folder (The Inbox folder will contain all emails) but then for each sub folder to only display e-mails relating to their address. eg, enquiry@ emails only displayed in sub folder

How to properly sync Gmail and Zoho so all changes are reflected in both clients?
I've had no problem receiving forwarded emails from my Zoho domain in my Gmail client, and I can reply to messages in Gmail with my Zoho domain name. However, when I delete or move an email to a folder,in either client, the changes aren't reflected in the other. For example: I delete a message in Gmail, but it's not delted in Zoho. (or) I send an email to a folder in Gmail but it isn't reflected in Zoho. I've made sure to check each folder and option in both clients to no avail. Please help!!!

DKIM Problem
I just bought a new domain from Zoho, which is hnnpos.com. I followed the steps to verify DKIM. If I go to Control Panel, Email Authentication, then DKIM, I will see that it says "verified." But when I click on Domains in Control Panel, the exclamation mark is still showing under DKIM, and on the Dashboard keeps asking me to configure DKIM to match with Zoho. I emailed Zoho's support, but still no respond for 3 days now. Please help!

User vs Mail Question?
Can someone explain to me the difference between a user and email account? I had the free Zoho account, so I had one email address for me and used Zoho to manage it. Now I decided I wanted a different domain for my email but therefore needed to upgrade the account to a paid for one at $24 a year, ok, did that so added my new domain, verified it etc, added the mx records and stuff all is good. I used to have many accounts and I've just decided to pay. So, I deleted my old account + the domain "bk-property.com" on that it, then put "bk-property.com" on this account "apichris@apichrischotichoey.com" But I'm having a problem that I can't access to the page "Mail Account" in subset of "User Detail". zoho mail app not loading new mails from pop until refresh in browser
hey there, I am a big fan of many of the Zoho servies especially of the mail features. I am using the Andoid mail app for some time now and realized that i only get new mails there if I load new mails via the webbrowser mail app. I get no new emails on Andoid for my pop accounts when I dont load new mails in the browser before.
