Hi guys, I'm trying to create a new email account and it comes up with "Unusual activity detected from this IP. Please try again after some time." We use all of our mail accounts for private emails, whereas we have 1 dedicated mail account (that I'm trying to set up) that sends out automated emails to register/verify their emails for my wordpress sign up. Group Emails - Resend membership confirmation
We are migrating to Zoho and have several groups with external members. Since we can't automatically join external members, is there a way to resend the confirmation emails? I've already emailed the list members saying "Don't delete the Zoho emails and click the confirmation link." We cannot finish our migration to Zoho until all the members are active in their respective groups.

Email ID already exists!
Hi, I want to create an email id "bdm@smjauditors.com" . But the system says that email ID already exists! SO I created another email ID "bdmsmj@smjauditors.com" and wanted to create an alias "bdm@smjauditors.com" for it. Again I am getting an error message that the email ID already exists with another account but which does not belong to "smjauditors.com"! How can this be possible? As per my knowledge this error should not crop up as each domain name is unique! How to resolve this issue? I am trying

We are receiving the below error in control panel of zoho mail. SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure SPF to ensure better email delivery. We have configured it correctly. But it is still showing this error. We are using Godaddy server. Please help to sort this out.

Hi. I was creating an email for a new domain and i just didn't finish the setup, didn't verify my domain... and now i can't login cause seems that my password don't work or it's wrong. I can't recover my password because it goes to the same email address. How can i restore that? Cause i can verify that i own the domain so i just need to setup that account again. Hi, I have forgotten the admin password to another one of my accounts, they account in question is hayley@ukcreativedesigns.com. I have tried to reset the password but when doing so it is sending the reset email to hayley@ukcreativedesigns.com which i currently can't get access to as i don't know the password. Mail groups and sorting
Hello, I have recently added some groups to my email setup. I am now part of 4 groups for my email plan. Is there a way to sort these emails properly? Like by adding an email from group one to a folder called group one, or adding a prefix to all emails from group one? Meaning if someone sends an email to support, a support prefix will be added to the subject OR the email will be moved to a support folder that I have under my personal email. Is this possible? User account question
I want to create a user account so when the customer receives an email the name comes up as "admin" in their inbox. I've tried to do it, but it comes up as my own name. I added a user but it created a whole new super user account with the name "admin@mycompanyname.com". Can I delete this super user account? How do I get it to come up as Admin rather than my own name in the customer's inbox?
