Why can't I see my employee's emails even though I am a super admin?
Hello, I am a super admin and I can't see an option for me to view emails in my employee's inbox. The email inbox belongs to the company, not to the individual using the mail box so why can't I access it without asking them for their password? I hope that there is a solution as this is a function that we need and it would be a shame to leave because of this. Kind regards

Delete account invitation
Hi, I've created the zoho account info@pecanesdelsur.com by mistake and couldnt verify it because I didnt have access to the email account. Now, that I've successfully verified the domain, I'm trying to create the same user (info@pecanesdelsur.com) but all I can do is to resend the invitation. I'm not being able to delete the account by myself so I would like to be assisted associating the info@.. account as a new user of my org. Could you please assist me? Thanks.

I have no idea why it would be considered inactive as it is my primary personal email account and is used for my business. I couldn't even log in the the support forum with an inactive account. Admin account and all accounts are inactive
Hi, I created the fli.lk mail domain on ZOHO mail yesterday and a few hours later all the accounts including the admin@fli.lk and cto@fli.lk are invalid. I see this error a lot in the forums and hope someone can help me activate all the accounts. Thanks Chris

DKIM - DomainKeys Identified Mail verification fails with portfoliobox
Hi, I sent the TXT Record and Selector name to my DNS (portfoilibox), the DKIM Core Key Record is checked and it is valid. But verification fails. The Portfoliobox team replied: the record has a proper value and applied to a correct sub-domain. Can you please check with Zoho if they can give us any clue why verification doesn't work? I contacted Zoho via CONTACT US twice but haven't heard back yet. Can anyone help me with that? Thank you! Marina
Cannot add user!
I have added a domain, but when I try to add a user for this domain I receive a red error message (which disappears so quickly I can't read it). I have since noticed that the domain in question (timwhitingphotography.co.uk) appears in the 'User Details' in the 'invitation list' tab and is pending!?! This is a business account that needs to be live for me to make a living Please help!!!
Trouble adding .site domain
Hello, I'm having trouble adding my domain name in the control panel. When i try to add the domain nilsson.site I get the message "Domain already exists". It shouldn't exist as I haven't registered it on Zoho before. Is it that the top domain .site isn't supported and in that case is there a list anywhere with the supported top domains? Best regards
User Details Not Updated
We have changed the First Name and Last Name fields of our admin account. When sending an email from this account it is still showing the from address using the old values. How do we change this? All settings have the new (correct) name.

Gmail suddenly not authenticating?

Can't Migrate from cPanel and Exim
I am attempting to migrate my email from a cPanel server (running Exim). I am in the admin panel, I have the migration event created and am attempting to add a user. After filling out the server details for IMAP, I attempt to add a user. Zoho processes the request but it fails, saying it can't connect to the server. The server's firewall is not blocking Zoho. Reinitiate a previous migration from FastMail
Hi, I performed a migration using IMAP from FastMail a few days ago. It went well and migrated all my emails. I haven't changed the MX records immediately after the migration completed, but FastMail continued to receive emails. Today I reconfigured MX records for laszlocsontos.com and pointed them to Zoho's mail servers. Now I'd like to update my inbox in Zoho with those few new emails I received in the meantime with FastMail. What procedure would you recommend for accomplishing that? If there are

Hi, I am getting Verification Failed in verifying my Zoho DKIM. I am trying to register the domain niskyrobotics.club and somewhat remember doing so under a different account, though I forget the username. If someone on your support team could provide me with a censored version of the email address the domain is registered to, that would be great. Error creating domain email base account
Hello, I was currently creating my email service with my domain, but when I put the base account name that I want to be an administrator, he says that the name already exists as an affiliate, but when I try to put it A different name, I get an error saying that I can not use alternate names. So I can not delete the account and redo the verification or anything. Would it be possible to reset this account so that I can go back to the creation attempt again?
