I need to delete an email address
Hello, I made a mistake setting up Zoho. I set up the initial email address as info@mydomain. It would be better if I used this address as a group. I've set up mail@mydomain and made that the primary address. However whenever I try to delete the info address I get the error message "please contact your organization admin mail@mydomain to delete your email address" I'm logged in as mail@mydomain What am I doing wrong?

Unable to create a group with the desired email address

Account has suddenly become inaccessible
Hi there, My account has suddenly become inaccessible. Upon further checking the webmail interface, I now realize this user account sebastian.lewin@tecsofuel.com was disabled for incoming and outgoing mails, for unknown reason. Other email accounts under the same domain seem to work fine. Clicking the red area for disabled function (when trying to re-enable them), got the following error message "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only." This is weird. Please help with this issue soonest possible.

when i create a group i get the error "groep aanmaken mislukt" wat translate to: creating group failed. for now i created an other user that send the mails to the other accounts.. but i would like a fix so i can send it to more than 4..

Hi, on my control panel the below message is coming up. I HAVE however, added the required TXT on my DNS Management with corresponding TXT record: v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all. Can you please confirm why the below has occured? support at zoho and emailed the Contact Us page on the ZOHO site and no one has responded to me.

Hello: I have been white-listing and black-listing domains and email addresses as I go along. I've been noticing that some white-listed domains (e.g. example.com) are still going to my SPAM box. The same is true for some black-listed domains. Why is this happening? Thanks!
Closing Account
Hi I tried to close and delete my account as per instructions. Here are the steps I followed: 1. Deleted the domain associated 2. Deleted the organization that was associated 3. By mistake I created another organization called testing 4. After that i tried to delete the testing organization but am simply getting an account not active page (screenshot attached) 5. When i tried to go to my account and close the same, it said first delete the testing organization Please delete the entire account completely

Trying and Failing to set up SPF
I have been trying to confugure the SPF according to the configuration provided but unfortunately that is not working. I have also tried using the tool mentioned and it says "SPF record passed validation". I am wondering if I am missing anything and it would be great if someone can help me with this.

Hi, I'm having similar problems with domain issues. However, I'm completely clueless as to where to go, DNS manager (I think it was DNS), SFP and whatever else it is I need to do. All I want to do is set up an email address where my business emails can go from my consumers. Hello team Zoho I have an account at zoho that I use as email for my company. Some people from my team use gmail as email box tool, they send and receive email normally. However they always get the message "Gmail couldn't verify that mydomain.com actually sent this message (and not a spammer)" I have already setup the SPF register at my DNS server: "v=spf1 mx include:_spf.google.com include:zoho.com ~all" TXT and blanked name I have also setup DKIM register, the verification is working
