SPF failure
I have already asked ZOHO several questions, unsuccessfully, to solve the problem in my control panel that is alarmed by the lack of SPF configuration My question to the DNS server My e-mail server (zoho) says that SPF is not registered on the domain server. Hi Zoho Team, I have strictly followed zoho mail's instructions on how to configure SPF and DKIM. However, at the status page it is still saying there are problems, not green ticks. Can you kindly check for me if there are any problems? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Today I opened my mail in laptop and found the notification stating DKIM entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure DKIM to ensure better email delivery.I have started my website with the help of zoho and you are the people who helped me with domain creation, I tried all the troubleshooting steps to verify my domain but when I tried to add a sub domain its asking me to upgrade.Our organization need some more time to go to the upgraded version please help

SPF Not set up
I got a notification that the SPF is not working, but I followed the steps here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/spf-configuration.html I still get a notification saying it's not working. How can I fix it?
outgoing mail is disabled
One of the mail users outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see Outgoing disabled in red. When I try and enable it, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. facepisec@facepi.com.br is the email address. Please unblock. Thanks.

Hello, I'm moving my corporate e-mails to zoho but after trying to create the accout fabricio.noronha@labmuy.cc it appears the message "Email address already exists". I never used this account or domain before on Zoho. What can it be?
Can't delete mail alias
I can't delete a mail alias, and my privious post was deleted. I don't know when I created lean****@zoho.com but I misspeled it. Later, I configured my domain and created lean****@bechlab.com I can't delete the first @zoho.com account, now it's stuck there as an alias and the main address from which mails are sent.

SPF won't validate
The SPF feature won't validate for me. I have made sure the TXT file at my DNS is correct but Zoho still indicates it is not working (it has the ! triangle next to the domain name in control panel).

I currently have Office365 for my email, but I want to cancel it (it's through GoDaddy) and use ZohoMail instead. I need two things: 1) I need help knowing which records to delete in GoDaddy's DNS records so that Office365 doesn't get recognized anymore. 2) I need my zbcode, because it's telling me it's required to verify the domain through GoDaddy. Cannot get email even if MX records are updated
Hi, New to Zoho and configured my domain to use Zoho emails. I cannot get any emails , but can send. I read the FAQ with same issue , and verified MX records. I have configured proper mail mx records and i can see them all over world when i see using https://dnschecker.org/ I do not have any local email service with my hosting provider. Understanding Email Forwarding
i'm wanting to create an email address for somebody using my domain, but do not want to give them any rights or access to it on zoho. so basically an alias, but... not, i guess. looks like what i need to create is an "Email Forwarder" - but that still requires (as far as i can tell) me to create a "user account" for them. okay, so i created an account and then i DISabled both IMAP & POP options. then i set the "Forwarder address" to their own normal email address (comcast/gmail type). the system
Create a new user failed and now I cannot recreate user with the same name.
When I created a new user it failed for some reason. Now when I try and re-create the same user it tells me that I cannot create that user as it already exists but I cannot see the user in the user list. I have also noticed that if I do try and create the user they appear in the invited user list.

554 5.2.3 Rejection errors
I had issues configuring DKIM earlier. I believe the issue has been corrected, but email is still being rejected with a 554 5.2.3 error. I am no longer seeing errors in the Zoho control panel and external DKIM tests are showing correct now. Is my account temporarily locked? If so, will this unlock automatically after XX time or does this need to happen by request?

Had issues earlier configuring DKIM. Believe it is testing fine. Any mail sent to my domain is still receiving 554 5.2.3 reject messages. Does Zoho still detect a problem or is my account temporarily locked (tekweis.com)?
DKIM set up for TSO Host
Hi I'm trying to setup DKIM for my domain as per the instructions in the control panel. I've set up a selector called "admin" which I hope will cover all my users' emails. I've then set up the TXT record in my DNS manager for the domain but it won't verify. Can anyone see what I'm missing to make this work or does it just take some time to establish itself across the servers and will be fine in a couple of days? Thanks for all you help in advance. Rob

Mail Policy can not be applied
I would like to apply Mail Policy to specific users. I test options like toogle Display Mail forward Settings/Attach from Cloud I don't forget to add user to apply the policy. I tried to logout/login again the intented user. but the Mail Policy is not applied. Enclosed is a screenshot to show I do select the user for the policy.

Super Admin Account
Guys, I am unable to see which of the @foreverreceipts.com domain is the Super Admin. I am not sure if this is user error or a bug in the system as I noticed another entry where there was a bug with the same symptom.
