When trying to authenticate DomainKey i receive `DomainKeys are not enabled, as the text record validation has failed. Please try again.` error. On the DNS i have added TXT record as <mykey>._domainkey.<mydomain>, with the generated text on DomainKey (removed also t=y test mode) but i still receive this error.

DKIM Verification Failed
Hello, I am trying to configure DKIM according the instructions given through the Zoho help page. Checking the dkim data via mxtoolbox.com, everything looks correct. I'm not sure why Zoho is stating the the verfication fails. No additional information is provided in the error message, so how can I debug this? My DNS provider is Namecheap.com Ideas?

Spam- Junk Making it through & none junk going to spam
Hi, Either the zoho spam filters are complete junk or I have something set up wrong. If you can please help me that would be great. For some reason a lot of junk is making it to my inbox. And even worse zoho is flagging false positives of legit mail and putting it into my spam folder. To the best of my knowledge I have SPF and everything else enabled correctly. What am I missing? Hi there, I am using zoho mail account for my webapp which sends email to the users. I have activated DKIM authentication and setup the required key in my domain. The issue is that when I send an email using mail account google shows that unauthenticated. The reason is that I need to sign the email sent by webapp using DKIM privatekey to prove the authenticity of the email sent by the domain. I could not see any way to get that or supply the own key pair for DKIM setup. Could you please help? Thanks.

Cannot add email alias to any email account
Hello, For some reason, we are having issues adding email aliases to any of our Zoho Mail email accounts. When we try to add an alias, we get an error message that says "Unable to add Alias Address". can't delete user
I am trying to cancel my account and am following the instructions to delete domain (done) and delete organziation, It won't let me delete organziation until users are all deleted. When I go to USER DETAILS and try to delete accounts, I am unable to delete the accounts (one if superuser, one is not). I click the check box for the user and hit the delete button, it gives me the warning and asks for the password, but then the account is still there and I can not move forward to deleting the organization.

How do I label public group emails?
How do I label public group emails? For example, if someone sends an email to my support group, all the members of that group will receive the email. If a member responds to that email, the other members of that group would not / can not see/know that. So is there a way to tag/label emails or something so an email isn't answered by different people as a result of people not being aware that someone already answered it?
